She actually said, "oh well" with a smile on her face. It happened a second time, but now it was an additional 200 more than the last. I mentioned Soreauc's 2nd quote to the receptionist and she said "well it goes up in price every year". This is ridiculous, I paid $400 more!!!! This dentist and office has zero integrity, honesty and professionalism. It is a shame Soreaic is so internally hateful and spiteful to spike the cost like that at a whim. She over charges depending who you are and how she feels that day!!! THAT IS A BAD CHARACTER

I had a horrendous experience here, the stuff that dental nightmares are made of…read more Because of the poor standard of care I received and the damage that was carelessly done to my teeth and existing dental work, I have had to go for numerous follow up visits with other dentists, including a dental specialist and a physiotherapist, just to be able to properly close my jaw and relieve some of the pain. Some of the damage that was done to my teeth is permanent and there is no easy fix. I initially chose this clinic because of its convenient location and I dearly regret the day I ever walked through their doors. I have received much better care, to a much higher standard, at the other dental clinics I have had to go to.

Since regularly seeing Dr. Shiff, I no longer fear the dentist. The staff are warm and friendly and make sure that the patient is comfortable. Dr. Shiff is down to earth. Examinations and cleanings DON'T hurt. In fact, I was so comfortable the last time that I almost fell asleep...asleep with tools in my mouth. Like a regular day at the spa. Dr. Shiff is also excellent at finding other oral or facial problems (skin, jaw, etc). The only negative aspect, is that it's difficult to become a new patient. You'll have to wait for cancellations. Sure that may be nagtive, but it's always a good sign. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I've always dreaded going to the dentist but that might change having found Dr Tallim. I was nervous how he would react when he found out It had been years since my last dental visit but the news didn't phase him. Instead of a long lecture about the importance of regular checkups he focused on the fact that I was there now and what needs to be done in the future. His calm manner instantly set me at ease and I love that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why in ways I could understand without having gone to dental school. At one point doing my examination he said: "you'll feel a slight pinch" and i instantly had flashbacks to previous dentists where that was code for: "This is going to really hurt". I was presently surprised that Dr. Tallim was actually telling the truth. Not only did it not hurt, but I barely even noticed the pinch. The entire office staff was really friendly and helpful. You get a call 48 hours before your appointment reminding you of the time and they will handle direct billing if your insurance has dental coverage.

Like when Dr. Greenacre wanted to do surgery on my 13-year-old's wisdom teeth even though they weren't fully grown. However, Dr. Greenacre's diagnoses are unreliable, and the charges he will force you to pay are unfair.

I have since been coming to this dental clinic for approximately 5 years. As mentioned, the location is really great. The clinic is welcoming, warm and clean. The hours here are great. They often open as early as 7:30am (I think) allowing you to come by before work. Staff here are always friendly and courteous. They've always dealt with my insurance well too, if I owe anything they usually just give me a call, rather than having me pay upfront too. I like this, this is convenient for me. They have a program here too, each referral will earn you a gift card of sorts. I referred a friend, and they issued me a $25 Mastercard gift card! Amazing! My only complaint about this dental clinic is the high turn over in staff. It seems I have a new hygienist and dentist every time I visit...
