It was not gooey or super creamy. it was just macaroni with cheese. I don't know if that makes sense or does it justice because it was delicious, but it wasn't super heavy, thick, or greasy. I really liked it a lot. Now it appears the place is more famous for being a brewpub and I did not sample anything so I can't speak to that. However, the bar area was nice and the dining area was very clean. I did speak to the owner a little bit before I left and he was a really nice guy. I observed the way he interacted with other customers that were there and he was super nice to everybody. The ambience is casual but nice and clean and the service was friendly and professional. I travel almost every week for work and keep a list of places that I enjoy eating at and Moonridge went on the list today. I can't wait to try something else there.

Her being the person who ordered a chicken Caesar salad. WTF? The good-- decent salad bar (still a salad bar though), and the chicken fingers and fried we ordered for the toddler in the group looked pretty good (especially in light of what the rest of us got). Good water, and free mints. That's it. We did notice a for sale sign out front, and I think these people have already given up. This used to be a good place to go with previous owners.
