There are not a ton of restaurants around the area and perhaps especially dinner places that can serve a large crowd. Bobbers is truly right on the lake and is surrounded by cabins. The menu is limited and no-frills. I got a burger, and my mom got some fish since it was Friday and that was their fish night. The burger was ok, if boring, and I was definitely happy that it was cooked all the way through perfectly. That can be hard to get. The macaroni and cheese was a joke; it was Kraft mac and cheese and was a waste of the $6 or so that I spent on it.
They have lots of parking--a surprising amount it felt like for the size of the restaurant. But they do have a substantial outdoor seating area (half or more of the seating was outside) and a bar, so the parking sure helps. They have some gaming machines as well if you want to do some gambling. Super convenient for the cabins surrounding the place. read more
