Good service, good food, and really reasonably priced. We tried breakfast and it was delicious.

It was like walking into a Hallmark movie. Small town diner with great locals atmosphere. Two older gents going back-and-forth like two old grumpy men in a humorous matter. And then there was a MacGyver sitting with his wife great couple we had great conversations. The food was amazing. My husband had breakfast and I had the ham lunch. The soup was ready at 8:30 AM. The owner was making fresh pies. I walked away with a slice of banana while my husband decided with coconut. The cost for our meal and our take home dessert was very very reasonable. I'll be back for sure! read more

Great food and service. Also good prices especially nowadays! Bobbi was a wonderful server too! read more

This sort of diner is becoming difficult to find. Excellent home made meals (Swiss steak and chicken dumpling soup), with pie (also home made) for dessert. Seriously. Delicious and very reasonably priced. I will ALWAYS stop here when driving through Phillips. The waitress was friendly and attentive. It reminded me of coming home from college to a home cooked meal. Loved it! read more

I've been there before and it was pretty good but last time it was not so good, I was there with a friend and bragged about it. The service was ok but the food was way below average. My omelette was so so and the hash browns were not brown or crispy and asked for extra crispy, they were close to raw. My friend ordered biscuits and gravy, horrible, it was starch gravy not flour gravy like they normally would be made. Her American fries were sliced boiled potatoes and again no brown anywhere terrible. What happened to this place. A neighbor had the same experience. This was in August. read more

HOT burgers! HOT fries! HOT onion rings! FRESH chopped salad. DELICIOUS water! Watered down salad dressing. I mean WATERED down. No taste. None of it stuck to the salad. Came out in a squeeze bottle straight from the fridge. Walked in to one table clean. Grabbed it. One server. One cook. One dishwasher. Simple place. Simple food. It was a respite after driving for a hundred miles with all but 3 places to stop for food that wasn't a bar and grill. It's a safe place to eat. read more

Friendly people, clean place, good home style food. Great prices. I had the meatloaf sandwich it was very good and filling. Husband had the chicken cordon Bleu sandwich he said it was delicious. Nice thin crispy fries. Will definitely come back. read more

the hash browns i got with my breakfast were white. sent them back and ask them to brown or crisp them up,they were cold and hard in the middle. the waitress brought them back 5 minutes later and told me that brand of bagged hash browns does not brown. in disbelief of that stupid answer,i refused to pay for the hash brown portion of my breakfast which was inedible to me. the place was not busy at the time so i blame the cook for being lazy! i go out of my way to let people know about the foolish excuse from the waitress and the lazy cook. m y friends and family will not go there any more. . read more

Drove down to Phillips to look at the trees today and decided to stop here for lunch. I do love a diner and Bonnie's is a good one. Breakfast is served all day and they offer lunch specials as well. We all enjoyed our food, burger with fries and slaw, ham dinner, omelet and chicken dumpling soup. The pie for dessert was very good and at $2-3/slice, a deal as well. I had the cranberry ribbon pie; it was delicious! Service with a smile and a small bill makes Bonnie's a place I'll return to in the nice town of Phillips! read more

I give feedback based on 2 primary criteria: food quality and quality of service. Bonnie's Diner has average food. We got typical American fare breakfast: eggs, bacon, has browns, toast, etc. it was decent food. But the waitress was extremely friendly and addressed our every concern promptly. For that, I give them 4 stars. read more

Had a great breakfast. Service was kind and attentive. Friendly atmosphere and really yummy! Best breakfast sausage!

the absolute worst hot beef sandwich in over 50 years of walking the planet. The "beef" had the consistency of cork-board. I hope no cows were involved in the making of the product - it would be a waste of their life's work. I watched from the dining room - they just plop stuff on top a dish and zap it in the microwave for 3 minutes. It was so bad it tasted like they were working at making it bad, Stay away from this place. read more
