We called RMA Handyman Service to get a bid for the drywall repair and they were very responsive. Russ came out that week and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They began the repairs the following week and Russ, Josh, and Jonah were incredibly professional. They lad down paper and drop cloths to protect our home from dust and debris. They cleaned up each day and made our home livable, despite to volume of work they were performing each day. The entire house took 3 days and after they were finished you couldn't tell there had ever been a massive rewiring project done. They responded very quickly letting me know they were 4-6 weeks out and if that worked for me let them know so that we could schedule a meet-up or chat about the list. It worked for me and we scheduled a date in early June to meet up and walk through. They canceled the day before and rescheduled. And then canceled that and rescheduled....and then did that again. So I can't speak to their work, but their scheduling is terrible and unreliable

Overall, we had a great experience working with Tim at NW HomeWorks. From our initial consultation…read morethroughout the entirety of the project, Tim was very communicative and prompt. It is clear he has years of experience in kitchen remodels, and had a solution to virtually anything this project threw our way. Our project was more than a cosmetic job - it was studs-out. We took out two (non-structural) walls, removed layers of old flooring, added a large window while sealing off another, and did HVAC work with Tim - all in addition to what you'd expect a kitchen remodel to include. In total I think there was close to two tons of material removed from the house. Tim has a team of subcontractors who provide demolition, tiling, drywalling, electric, plumbing, and countertop installation services. We had positive experiences with most of the subcontractors - the electrician did have to come back several times to fix issues but they were all resolved. Tim was regularly on site to supervise the work of the subcontractors and always available by text/call. There were definitely a few bumps and unexpected surprises along the way (it happens with old houses!), but Tim handled everything with honesty and reassurance. We have worked with other contractors who become quickly defensive when errors are pointed out or last minute changes are made, but Tim was the opposite - he owned any issues that came up and was able to make adjustments along the way without any hassle. Tim is trustworthy, which goes a long way in a total kitchen gut and remodel. Tim was clear about payment deadlines and provided itemized invoices as the project progressed. He was transparent with any overages and was willing to talk though invoice details if needed. We found the prices to be very fair. Our project landed within 10% of the original estimate. The project was also completed on time - precisely to the timeline provided at the beginning of the project, which is an incredible feat. There were people working here every day (even sometimes on the weekend, which we agreed to) making sure the work was moving along. Tim also kept an open line of contact after the project was completed in case there were any small details that needed to be ironed out. We recommend NW HomeWorks with confidence. It should be noted that we did a "trial run" with NW HomeWorks in late 2020 where they helped us do a more cosmetic bathroom remodel which is why we chose to work with them for this much larger job.

Eduardo does NOT: * Tell the truth * Work well with other contractors, even those who recommended him. * Provide accurate and reliable quotes, estimates with itemization. * Keep his word. Eduardo DOES: * Talk a good line * Argue * Cut corners to save a buck for himself * Whine * Want a good review on google. We hired Eduardo to repair roof and ceiling. Quote included tarping roof to prevent leaks. Roof leaked not once but three times, damaging plaster ceiling and wood trim. He showed no concern for two over 70-year-olds on roof in the dark and rain tarping roof with our own tarp, or to the damage to our house, plaster ceiling and floors and trim. His response: "It wasn't supposed to rain." We were left with cleaning up their mess and hiring a reliable contractor. Could go on with more details. Have plenty of pictures if needed. I thought it was small so I proceeded to put a large bucket underneath and left for a couple of hours. When I returned the bucket had overfilled and there was water on my kitchen floor!! I turned off the water and that helped a bit but it was still leaking. I called around and Eddie was able to come the same day because he just so happened to be in the area. He provided a free in-person estimate which seemed very fair. Especially given the fact that it was an emergency. The entire hot water valve needed to be replaced because it was so old. He immediately got to work and took a trip to Home Depot to grab the parts needed. Unfortunately, it also turned out that my dishwasher had the wrong type of water line so I approved for him to replace that as well. He took a second trip to Home Depot for that part!
