Best Buy - Danbury - I do not recommend that you buy the washing machine. It didn't even last two years.

More recently, I brought my car in for a remote starter and the tech people in THAT department informed me my vehicle already had a factory-installed remote starter. They could have gotten away with installing the new device, but decided to be honest and refund my $269. My faith in Best Buy is now restored. Honesty is the best policy!

Unfortunately, the customer service and support after the sale leave a lot to be desired. In January 2024, we purchased a high-end GE washer. I was a little hesitant since I prefer simpler, more basic machines, but my husband prefers the latest tech. Consumer Reports gave it decent reviews, and we purchased the extended service plan to cover our bases. We thought we'd be in good hands. Just over a year later, the washer stopped spinning. We contacted Geek Squad, and the technician who came out was courteous and professional. He said we needed replacement parts, which we ordered. When the technician returned, we were told the parts were incorrect. More parts were ordered, but even with the right ones, the repair didn't resolve the issue. At that point, we were told we needed a replacement washer. Unfortunately, our model was discontinued, so rather than a simple exchange, we had to pay the price difference for the new model and purchase a new five-year service plan--an additional $300 not long after we had already spent $900+ on the original machine. We called Geek Squad to arrange delivery and specifically asked them to note that the washer would need to be carried up two flights of stairs. We understand that's a tough ask, but we wanted to be upfront. Delivery day arrived after about a month of waiting without a washer. One of the installers immediately started voicing complaints about the stairs, which continued throughout the visit. He wasn't as difficult as a previous installer who claimed the machine wouldn't fit--despite a Best Buy rep having come to measure in advance and confirm that it would. A few hours later, the washer was in and running a test cycle. We even gave the installer a cash tip and some refreshments to show appreciation. Unfortunately, once it hit the spin cycle, it shook violently--clearly not level, which should have been addressed during installation. We went to return an unused part (which we were required to purchase) at the store and asked the Geek Squad representative if someone could come out and level it. He told us we'd need to call a number, as he couldn't help us in person without charging. He was polite and doing his job, but it was frustrating to be told to go home and make a phone call for help that could have been arranged then and there--especially since we'd paid for installation and an extended service plan. This entire experience felt like a series of dropped balls. From incorrect parts to long delays, extra fees, and avoidable installation issues, the process was exhausting. I would not recommend purchasing a major appliance from Best Buy if you're expecting reliable after-sales support. The in-store team is generally friendly, but they're limited in what they can do, and the larger system seems to prioritize process over people. As for Geek Squad, I understand the job can be tough, but consistent negativity from technicians doesn't inspire confidence. In short, for anything more than a basic, inexpensive item, you may want to look elsewhere.

Their prices beat the competition, and their customer service is outstanding! Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy with my purchase. Do yourself a favor and check their prices--you'll be hard-pressed to find a better deal, and the customer service is second to none!

The delivery people were rude and negligent and destroyed my new floors, my front door, my door casing/trim, the molding and the fridge itself. Just look at the photos. They completely deny any liability and left me with almost FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS in damages. I have never encountered such HORRIBLE customer service in my life and will never order from P.C. Richard again -- and urge everyone else to do the same. Even if they're a little cheaper than other retailers, it's not worth the risk of destroying your home!

I wanted to install a new Blackvue DR770X 3 channel(3 camera) dash-cam and it was challenging because i wanted it hardwired to my 2024 Lexus RX550H and its a hybrid so i wanted it done perfectly. From the first phone conversation with Annie at Sounds Incredible Mobile I could tell this was the best choice for anything to do with Car electronics. Everyone I came into contact with at this place was super friendly, very knowledgeable, professional and just plain super nice. I got an appt quickly and it was installed to perfection in inly a few hours and at a great price. Everyone there explained the process simply and thoroughly and asked my input(where I would prefer to have cameras placed) when appropriate. I left there wishing i wanted more stuff done to my car because coming into contact with good people like this makes your whole life better and i felt so comfortable that i didnt want to leave!! Looking around their showroom i saw they install dash-cams, high end car sound systems(amplifiers/speakers), radar detectors and modifications like Apple CarPlay upgrades. Do yourself a favor and stop in even if you just want to ask questions because these folks actually love their jobs and also love to help people!!

In May of 2026 I scheduled and purchased a Sony XAV 6000 installation along with Sony Speakers to…read morematch. Total install cost was about $2000. I originally got educated on some of the systems through Annie's YouTube channel and since I was going to be in the CT area, I decided to purchase the setup from Annie. She was extremely helpful with information and guidance via email. I reside in NC. I arrived on site for the install and everything was going pretty much according to plan - maintaining the factory mic in my Tacoma and the factory USB port - items we had discussed before installation would be able to be retained. Maestro would be installed to maintain steering wheel controls. Installation completed and John asked me if my passenger side window had always went up very slowly - it was going up slowly and jittery and I stated no it did not come into the shop that way. He did some checking and he had not installed one of the rubber guides for the glass properly and it was causing the window to go up slow and jittery. I was a little taken aback that his first comment was to blame me that it might have come in that way instead checking his work first. Annie and I tested the headunit and mic and realized the mic was very quiet or hard to hear on phone calls, this was the factory Toyota mic. They recommended installing the aftermarket Sony mic so they did that which fixed the call issue. It's not as stealth looking but it works. I had emailed Annie once I got back about a few other issues that popped up and got some replies. The backup camera blacked out once or twice while backing up at work, in the same exact spot. That problem appears to have gone away and not resurfaced. The next issue I had was audio becoming distorted when switching between apps or randomly while driving and not touching the phone at all. It sounds modulated and the only way to fix it is to unplug the USB cable from the port and plug it back into the unit. It still occurs months later and I have done the latest firmware update from SONY. I did not get a reply to my last email about that issue. What I love: The sound quality is unbelievable. What I hate: The glitches - having to unplug the phone and plug it back in to make it work from time to time. I can be 10 minutes down the road and I'm still playing with trying to get the phone and audio going. This USB port will also have issues from time to time with USB Flash drives and music stored there - despite the songs being legitimately purchased with DRM. I have to unplug the drive and plug it back in for it to be recognized. The worbling and modulated audio is maddening because it can happen at any time and this is via USB wired connection. You would think this would be the stable connection. I am using an Apple factory cable with the iPhone. It happens 100% of the time if you try to access another app on the phone - say checking email or opening a social media app etc. I disabled access to the MIC to these apps, thinking that might be it but it's not apparently. At this point, I would have rather kept my factory unit had I known I would have these types of issues. Aftermarket audio is always a gamble. It can go really well, really bad or somewhere in between it seems. What will I do now: I will likely visit my local audio shop in Raleigh and tell them what issues I have and pick their brains about what could be causing them - could it be install related? Could it be SONY related? Will I switch out the unit for something else? I don't know. I want my local shop to verify everything was done properly before I even consider that. Is there some sort of shielding issue? Some sort of cable issue behind the dash that's causing this interference? I have no idea. Update: 10/16/2026 One of the crossovers it appears have fallen down from behind the dash into the driver's side footwell. I'm now skeptical of this entire installation's quality.

Called the customer service number from the number on the website and gave them the order number I received in my order e-mail from alzodigital.com. Was told that is not a valid order number. Great. They finally found my order using my zip code and was then informed that they don't have the product and that I've been issued a refund. I had to ask when this happened because I have not received either an e-mail or a refund. Finally after some fussing around, the person on the phone said they dropped the ball, apologized (which, credit where credit is due there), and then initiated a Paypal refund. Overall, bad communication is what killed this. If the website had proper communication of inventory, the sale wouldn't have happened in the first place. If I had been communicated with promptly of the lack of inventory, I would have understood. In the end, I waited 8 days for a product to ship and wound up having to hunt down my own refund.
