While I was there, I also checked out their Citizen watch collection, and Andrew gave me a great price on one I had my eye on (pictured). He also sized this watch for me while I was there and cleaned it! The store itself is very welcoming--no pressure or feeling like they're trying to rip you off, just honest service. And to top it all off, they have the cutest dogs in the window, which adds such a charming touch to the whole experience. Definitely a gem of a store!

Seeing the jewelers work through glass walls is fascinating. The display cases are awesome. One gorgeous piece after another. Whatever you have in mind they will design for you. We have visited several times in the past 2 months, and the staff has been rude, impolite, and difficult to work with. Gone are the days of Peter walking to the storefront to pleasantly greet us. Our recent experiences have included miscommunication, conflicting answers, delayed orders, and accusatory staff members. Was it the passing of Peter that caused this quick downturn? A shift in management? There's no way to know, but I hope the store realigns itself with the values of their prior years. Unfortunately, we've lost trust in this business and won't be returning with our valuables. Our new jeweler has greeted us with timely updates, more reasonable quotes, better tact and handling of our items, and a friendlier presence. All of which we fondly remember Peter providing in past years. Unfortunate.
