Sandra Dubrov has been instrumental on my path to healthy living. Over the past two years her services and coaching have tremendously improved my health and nutrition. Today marks the day that I've lost 25 pounds since starting with Sandra nearly 3 months ago. I have never felt healthier, happier or more alive than I do today. Although I have another few pounds to lose, I have no concerns whatsoever that I will reach my goal, and I owe it all to Sandra. She'll tell you it was all my doing, but the truth is we did it together, she is an amazing counselor. I've learned more about myself in the last 3 months than I have really ever known. I'm a well-educated, successful man and for all of my adult life, I've lived the American lifestyle. I tried to be a "healthy" person, but really had no clue what that really meant. Pizza a few times a week for meals, sometimes could go for days without eating any veggies and sugar was a staple of my diet. I would read labels for calories and fat content and yet i seemed to gain about 5 pounds per year, which doesn't seem like much, but over 7 years, it adds up. I kind of figured if I eat like crap today, I'll just burn it off tomorrow in my exercise. Yet, my clothes got progressively tighter and my lame excuses of blaming the dry cleaners for shrinking my clothes got harder and harder every year. Working with Sandra has literally changed my life. She has opened my eyes to what being a healthy person really means. She helped me realize for myself what foods I'm allergic or sensitive to, and how they affect my body. All those years feeling bloated, gassy, lethargic and easily fatigued, I now understand were my body's reactions to the foods I was sensitive to.
