I had my first session with Amy and I don't even know where to start. She is extremely professional and wanted absolutely no back story to why I was meeting with her. She didn't know anything about my loved ones and the complexity of tragedies I've had to experience. She started me off and she would just ask me to say "Yes, No, or slightly" in order for her to dig deeper. She found things I've never told a soul. I had two loved ones die of head traumas and that's not a typical form of death that a lot of people experience. I was informed by phone on both of these deaths which is also not a common way to contact someone about their loved one passing. She said one thing that no one ever knew and that I had personally forgotten until the moment. She asked me if I understood this and I said "No". She then continued and said it was a note in my phone..... I had found out my friend Derek died when I was 25 years older. He was on his electric skateboard and unfortunately was not wearing a helmet. He was found on a street and had died from head trauma. Someone had hit him with their car. It was a hit and run, so I took it as a murder even though it was ruled as an accident. When I first found out via phone, I was hysterical. I couldn't talk so I wrote. I wrote a note in my phone that told him how much I loved him and how I wish we would've had more time and how I wish I had made more time for him. I wrote that to vent and was planning on posting it on Instagram and decided it was too personal to share so I went with posting a picture and saying he would be missed. But I wrote that note. I have chills right now writing this and it feels almost like an out of body experience and Derek if you're reading this too, just know I'm thankful for what you communicated to me. This was just one of the spirits that appeared for me. I've been trying to process that session and how someone so skeptical like me, is left speechless. I can't tell you how much Amy helped me, not only to heal, but how she knew things I didn't even remember. Amy has been amazing to work with. I came to her after a sudden onset of not being able to speak without stuttering due to massive amounts of stress.
