I didn't have to wait but approx 5mins before someone on the medical staff came out to escort me inside the clinical area. So nice not to have to wait for ages to be seen. I have also had an abdominal ultrasound done. All of the techs are very nice. They do their jobs well and are very caring. I appreciate the fact that most of the CT staff are trained to access power ports for the IV contrast. I only wish the MRI staff were, as well. Last time, it took 3 people, and 5 tries, to get my IV going.

Here's what happened to me Told me they only had one order when there were 2. Blamed my doctors office for not sending it when they did. When I called them out on it the lady said well walk-ins stop at 4:00 and it was exactly 4:00. They made me leave... Came back 2 weeks later and they tell me no there is no order for an X-ray. I walk out after I tell them that can't be. They call me back saying yes they do have an order. This place won't get my money or my ins companies Money.

She showed that she genuinely cared and wanted to make sure my cousin received the best care. My cousin is returning again tomorrow and Melissa, as well as Missy, both made sure my cousin is prepared and getting the best planned scan possible. I can't praise these ladies enough. I saw that Florence MRI & Imaging was in network so I went there. $371. The tech that did the CT Scan was fantastic. I barely felt her put the IV in my arm for the contrast dye. The best part is they gave me a CD to take to any of my doctor visits and the results were back to my doctor from Florence MRI that day. Now, I have an appointment with a specialist on Friday and I can hand him the CD so he can see the CT Scan.
