I'm hoping clarification on the expiration dates will be labeled in the future, but it is my bad for not asking as well. As for the Pokemon cards, they should be labeled more clearly on the packages and on the window sign as well to avoid confusion and misunderstandings like this. To the owner: thank you for the clarification and apologies for my harshness and misunderstanding. To others interested in going here: there is great selection of candy and treats here along with novelty items. This is certainly a place catered towards kids, so do be sure to ask about which novelty items are authentic or are replicas before you buy them. I do think that explanation of dates should be labeled for certain products and that replicas should be labeled more clearly. Other than that, there is interesting candy.

I fulfilled my part by posting a video and tagging the store in my social media story featuring the items. Last year, I had an uncomfortable experience when an older employee informed me that I did not have a discount on file. Although I had screenshots confirming that Vanessa (the marketing manager) from Bakers Express had approved the discount, the employee continued to deny it and followed me outside to my car to insist that I was mistaken. This interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and could have been handled more professionally. Despite this, I continued to shop here because it is convenient for last-minute supplies, although many items are priced higher than other suppliers. Most recently, I returned to stock up for Valentine's day and to redeem my 410 loyalty points for a 1lb bag of cacao melts. The same employee assisted me at checkout. When I asked about redeeming my points, she responded in Spanish but repeatedly said "huh" and acted as though she did not understand me when she had clearly spoken to me in English the day she followed me out to my car. At checkout, she made a visible face and appeared impatient while I was trying to clarify the redemption process. I then spoke to her in Spanish to avoid further confusion. She said she would redeem the points and told me to grab the chocolate, but when I returned, she stated they did not have it in stock. This could have been communicated before sending me back to the aisle. I want to emphasize that my experiences with other staff members have consistently been positive and professional. However, my interactions with this particular employee over the past few visits have felt unpleasant and unnecessarily dismissive. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as customer service consistency and professionalism are very important to loyal customers.

She was offering 3 cotton candy flavors at the party (blue raspberry, grape and strawberry) and I saw every kid running around with a cloud of cotton candy and a happy face! I was chatting with Allison and learned about her and her business and she was the nicest person! She told me she loves experimenting with new flavors and menu items so you can always look for something new (she mentioned she recently tried cotton candy grapes and I thought that was so creative)!! She offers about 30 flavors including some unique ones. It was such a pleasant experience that we hired her for a party we hosted. Once again the cotton candy treats were a huge success, we picked UBE and cinnamon roll and pink vanilla !!! The Ube and cinnamon roll were so bomb! The next time we hire Allison I'd love to try more flavors like horchata and English toffee! The best part about Oh Sugar is that it's a mobile service so Allison can add something fun and unique to your wedding, party or even school event (I'm thinking of my son's school carnival). Her prices are great and she sets up a cute little booth to serve out her treats. This is a theme park we are talking about, but this is a local mall. When your theme park charges less than your local mall, then you know something is up. Service is nonexistent here, but I guess you don't really need it; they just check you out and send you on your way. Something seems fishy about that scale, though. I would keep my eye on it.
