It looked as if it was made last min AND with no effort . I went almost two weeks early to place an order and provided the picture of what we wanted which was directly off their instagram page . It doesn't even look like iron man and the eye was already coming off. Not to mention the random marker marks on the face no clue what they are . It was very disappointing for the price point . The customer service was amazing . The young lady helping me contacted someone and they offered a free small Piñata which was truly appreciated . So customer service 5 stars. They were very understanding and helpful . However the custom piñata was -1 star . No effort and not close to the picture I showed them . Which was a piñata they made in the past so I wasn't sure how we got such a different and low effort " iron man " when they have provided quality "iron man " piñata in the past . Especially since the person who took our order took a picture of the first iron I wanted to send to whoever was going to make it maybe not sure who it went to . When rung up on the register I saw product marked as "toy" for $16.00. When asked what toy... man at register pointed to the unicorn toy which was clearly marked as $3.63. So I said which item costs that much... which he then pointed to the sour gummy watermelon gushers. I was not born yesterday and clearly he took advantage to up charge me the cost of the unmarked item... It's a struggling small business so I decided to just purchase items anyway but in no way can you guys get away with unfair practices such as those. If your business is struggling the more you should be nice and fair and honest to your consumers. I wish you guys the best but gut feeling this place won't stay open for that much longer.

She was offering 3 cotton candy flavors at the party (blue raspberry, grape and strawberry) and I saw every kid running around with a cloud of cotton candy and a happy face! I was chatting with Allison and learned about her and her business and she was the nicest person! She told me she loves experimenting with new flavors and menu items so you can always look for something new (she mentioned she recently tried cotton candy grapes and I thought that was so creative)!! She offers about 30 flavors including some unique ones. It was such a pleasant experience that we hired her for a party we hosted. Once again the cotton candy treats were a huge success, we picked UBE and cinnamon roll and pink vanilla !!! The Ube and cinnamon roll were so bomb! The next time we hire Allison I'd love to try more flavors like horchata and English toffee! The best part about Oh Sugar is that it's a mobile service so Allison can add something fun and unique to your wedding, party or even school event (I'm thinking of my son's school carnival). Her prices are great and she sets up a cute little booth to serve out her treats.
