Dave got me in the next day which was Saturday and I brought the bike in about 11:15 and he called me back around 12:45 amd let me know it was ready to go. Got there to pick up my bike and it ran great. And it only cost me 60 dollars compared to the 150-200 that a few other shops had quoted me. I would definitely recommend tiger atv to anyone looking for bike service.

I told KMS to do what ever it takes to clean it up and also Dyno tune it, money wasn't a concern. They were honest and went above and beyond to diagnose and resolve the issues. They resolved the issue, tuned the bike and fixed some things I didn't even mention. They also topped off my oil and adjusted the clutch. I'm stoked they didn't try to BS me into fake repairs like most shops almost always do!!! I took the quad out to The Boulders OHV area and did a 35mile trail ride, ran flawless. They're amazing! I will be having all my work done here with my other toys too.

The owner replaced both tires with no problem and not but a week later another tire bubbled up on the sidewall. It took 2 weeks to get this tire replaced and had to deal with the owner placing blame on the tire distributor the tire was eventually replaced. Yesterday the tire got a puncture on the freeway and caused me to pull off to the side in 100 degree weather and a 2 year old child in my truck. The freeway was not a safe place to have my daughter while changing this spare and after seeing a tire shop a 1/4 mile down the way on the off ramp I rolled the vehicle down to it and while doing so the tire blew out on the sidewall. I contacted OTG tires and spoke to "the new owner" who told me that since I wanted to get my daughter out of harms way and drove on the tire with low air that the warranty was no longer valid and anything I had worked out with the previous owner they would not help me out with. This is very poor customer service coming from a company trying to make a name for itself and I encourage anyone to not use small dealers and just go to somebody who knows what they are doing and knows how to being customer service oriented.
