First time here and had the best time! I've always wanted to try it but never got enough people to commit. The staff was great and very helpful. We played rebel moon. It was a blast! You had to move around, shoot, and work together to complete the mission. We didn't save the hostage though. The graze table was delicious as always! I've been to a few other yelp events ans has the same yummy food. I'll be sure to come back and try the zombie one! read more

We tried out sandbox two weeks ago and unfortunately did not have the best experience. One member of our team said he had a delay on his screen from the beginning. Mine crashed twice and after twenty minutes we called it because they couldn't figure out how to get the one tech problem fixed. Now I understand that stuff happens BUT there was no manager to deal with us that night and we were told we could get a refund on our one friends experience (which I already think is a pretty crappy offer but whatever) but we haven't even gotten that yet! We've called 4 times and they are either leaving us on read or have been out for the past two weeks. Sad, because this experience could be really cool and fun if they handled the managerial stuff better and we were really looking forward to trying it. read more

Played squid games which wasn't great and certainly not worth the hefty price of $50+ per person. Graphics on this game were comparable to the oculus. The game drags due to directions between each mini game so you spend little time playing games. Shooters would likely be much better. Also, they're advertising summer nights pass, apply value from today's game towards your pass. It literally says that on the posters everywhere. I asked about this going in and was told I could do that after playing the game. Then I was told no after playing. I was thinking of getting this despite not liking the game to try another game to see what we thought. Now I won't be doing that and I won't be back passing excessive cost and bring lied too. read more

It was fun! The area looked clean and well put together. The price was a little expensive and the selection was limited. Other than that, the game I chose was Amber Sky 2088 and we got to make our own avatar. Overall I would recommend. The positive outweighed the negative because at the end they also included an awesome trailer video of you playing. Must try read more

Had a great time with our teenage grandkids. I was so impressed with the staff, Martin was very helpful getting everyone ready and attentive as my granddaughters screamed their way through to make sure they were fun screams and they were not in need of help. I was really excited to hear about this place and finally got the chance to try it last night with my husband. Overall, we had a lot of fun but there are definitely still some quirks that need to be worked out with this place / the technology. We were able to walk in and play on a Monday night but if you go on a weekend, you will def want to make a reservation first. The employees helped us narrow in on an adventure then got us suited up and into the gameroom. I've done an immersive VR experience before and compared to that one, found the gameplay area here to be a little small and the graphics were just okay. The storyline for our adventure (Seekers of the Shard) was fun and I liked being able to choose our adventure. The experience itself is a workout so be prepared to move and get your heart pumping! And even though I knew it wasn't reality, some aspects of the game still made me feel scared in that fun/scary movie/haunted house way. The downsides: we couldn't hear our guide in the headphones and some of the motion capture technology wasn't working correctly, so the selfie video and other videos were missing 50% of the visualizations. It would have been nice to be offered a discount for future play or something to account for this since the video is a nice keepsake from the experience. That being said - we will absolutely go again and I love that new experiences will be added in the future. read more

I never write bad reviews, but I was truly disappointed at the experience based on the cost. I paid nearly $500 for four players, but they reported a lag in the video, difficulty hearing the audio at all throughout the game, and one player was unable to play due to VR sickness. While I absolutely understand the fact that the last detail was in no way the fault of the establishment/staff, I was extremely disappointed to hear that they could not offer me a refund for this player. I would understand if they lost time/money, but he did not play, and they were able to fill his booking space with another person from the lobby. Everyone I have talked to has cited the 72 hour refund period in which you need to cancel three days prior to the event, but there was no way to know this would occur. They have offered game credits, but this was not what I was looking for. So, overall, I honestly would not recommend, as I feel like getting VR sick and being left without a refund is a huge risk to take when discussing such a large amount of money. read more

100% would recommend Sanbox VR!! The game apparently lasts 30-40 minutes but felt like an eternity. We definitely got our work out in while playing the game. It's super realistic and love that you can interact with your group. Each game can take up to max 6 people and each person gets a unique character. We did have some blips in connections throughout the game but they were able to fix it promptly. Our group of 6 played the Dragon fire game and it was so much fun and not too scary. They said they'll be doing a Squid Games theme game in September, and we will definitely be back to try that one. The staff was so kind and Lizzy and Chase were super helpful too! At the end they send you an email with a short video/trailer of your group playing the game which was really fun to watch. read more

I would highly recommend checking this place out, a really cool new virtual reality spot in the Strip. Happened upon this place by chance, it's located in the new Terminal area of the Strip District. You can reserve your spot online, the price appears to vary with the time of day, I believe the pricing per person ranged from about $40 to $60 per person. I was part of a group of 3 and was paired with another group of 3. We did the Squid Game Challenge. There were a few little glitches here and there but overall I was super impressed by the experience and technology. It was fun and competitive. You get some personalized videos at the end. I would definitely do it again, can't wait to see how this kind of technology evolves. read more

Man this was a different kinda fun in the best way, Indrid was very helpful setting us up & getting us started. One thing they don't tell you that's helpful is if you wear contacts or glasses you can adjust each eye screen in your headset till it's clear. Mention a blurry view before you get started because once it's clear the graphics are nothing short of next level 3D gaming. 20% off your next booking if you book again after your game. Sent us a video of our session both in vr & what it looks like from the outside. It was also edited into a cool trailer. I highly recommend doing this with your friends sure to be a good time. read more

We had so much fun that we immediately booked another for the next time we come back. You're so completely immersed in this gaming experience that you forget where you are. I've been to a few VR arcades, and Sandbox takes VR to a different level with their full body sensors and life sized weapon props. You even get an awesome clip of you in your own game after you check-out. Although it is a bit pricey, it is worth trying. You'll be amazed (or completely terrified based on what game you choose). read more
