Pool deck.

Great atmosphere, wonderful food, and excellent frozen drinks. Nothing better than sipping Margaritas and eating tacos by the pool. Also steps from the beach and a Tiki Bar if you want a change of scenery.

Pulled pork sandwich-slaw came with but it's off the plate here

We are locals and were celebrating the 50th anniversary or our 1st date and decided to stop for a sunset drink. Our server, Keith B., was taking photos for a family and we asked him to take ours, which he enthusiastically did. He took others' as well. At first we were going to have just drinks, but after looking at the menu we decided to have dinner. I had the grouper basket and I liked the different texture of the coating, while my husband had the pulled pork sandwich. We both liked our food and were full, so had to take dessert to go. The dessert was a peanut butter/brownie thing. Keith was a great server and super busy, but always came back to check on us. We saw a spectacular sunset and had a nice dinner. The patron next to us asked us "What's wrong with this view?" The answer was NOTHING. It was a great time and we'll be back.

Mahi mahi (no bun) sandwich with a side salad.

Great views of the ocean! Service was good (we went at 11 right when they opened.) They have large portions. I got the mahi mahi sandwich with no bun and it came with two pieces of fish. The side salad was not worth the additional cost however; Just get the fries they are delicious.

i do not recommend! Would not go again. Average food at Best Service leaves a lot to be desired.

Their menu had some decent options and they were willing to work with us to provide lower carb options. Three stand out servers to mention: Cass & Jason and Kimi. These three were rockstars and made our stay so good! They earned the triple digit tips and were much appreciated! Conversely, and the reason I dropped a star, was Omar. He was a terrible server that was more interested in picking up on the young ladies around the pool than doing his job as a server. If you find yourself in his section consider moving or just go to the bar and get your own food and drinks. He is the sorriest excuse for a server on the planet. He completely ignored my wife and I. We had to come to him to order, not the other way around. At first the bar told us we had to order from him, but I pressed the issue and Brandon let me open a new tab with them. Less convenient, but way better service than Omar. A stand out moment was on Thursday, when they ran out of Deep Eddy Lemon. Cass ensured there was a new bottle the following morning. Likewise on Saturday, they ran out of Deep Eddy Lemon once again. Jason asked if there was any other vodka that would work. I said something to the effect of "no thanks.... I'll just pass." I think he moved mountains to locate another bottle on premises keeping the vacation and vibes flowing. Much appreciation Cass & Jason! Kimi didn't move mountains for us, but she was regularly there for us. On time, on target.

We've been coming to Rusty's Bistro at the Sheraton resort for every holiday, and Thanksgiving here…read morehas become an absolute must for our family. Their Thanksgiving buffet is truly exceptional -- beautifully prepared dishes, delicious flavors, and so many options that everyone walks away happy (and very full!). It's the perfect place if you want a relaxing holiday without the stress of planning, cooking, or cleaning. You just show up, enjoy, and feel taken care of. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming -- it honestly feels like visiting your relatives for Thanksgiving, but with way better food. The staff is a huge part of what makes this place so special. Our server, Alejandro, was amazing as always -- attentive, kind, and genuinely warm. And Alexandra (I believe she's a manager) is absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel welcomed the moment you walk in, incredibly accommodating, and truly goes above and beyond to make the experience perfect. Rusty's Bistro is one of those rare places where the food, the vibe, and the people all come together. If you're looking for a stress-free, delicious, and memorable Thanksgiving, this buffet is the place to be. Highly recommend!

We were seated as soon as we arrived, and throughout our visit the service was really good. My friend and I were having a very hard time deciding, and when we asked the server, she flat out told us that the two things we were torn between were awesome and we should order both and split them. We got the shrimp and grits and the lobster Benedict. On their own, the grits weren't anything special, although they were texturally great. Now when you add the shrimp and gravy . . . This dish is a whole other deal. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the gravy was super well balances. It had the perfect level of spice. The lobster Benedict had a perfectly poached egg, and it worked so well. The mornay sauce was a lovely touch. I'd definitely order it again, but I would also definitely order the shrimp again. Long story short, our server was right, they were both amazing. I also got a standard Bloody Mary, which was solid. I would definitely go back to this place. It's got an upbeat, family friendly atmosphere, and I think it's a great spot for locals and out of towners alike. It's also well priced. I'd also love to try their beignets or French toast next time. They've also got a huge lunch/dinner menu that I'd definitely want to try if I were in town for longer.

Ambience was like your regular breakfast place or diner, but definitely family friendly. We were there with our 8 month old baby boy and felt comfortable. Food tasted pretty okay, we ordered coconut shrimp, fish n chips and chicken tacos for brunch! The fish was a little undercooked and the batter was still a bit wet inside. Other items were not bad. For drinks, I ordered their popular pomegranate mimosa which came really flat (no bubblies) and in a wine glass! I sent it back and got a mojito instead - which tasted a lot better! Additionally, we were not aware the breakfast menu closes at 12 pm and we were already seated, so kind of felt obligated to order from the lunch menu at around 12.05 pm! It was too early for a sea food lunch for us! We saw the table next to us had ordered breakfast just a few minutes before us but we were denied because it was already past noon. Overall a pretty average experience. I was expecting a little more authentic experience but turned out to be just like your local diner.
