And for the dizzy spells they told me to balance in the corner on a piece of foam. I came back and demanded more tests and so they put me on a table and got me dizzy. Told me they see something neurological and to go see a neurologist. Well. I did. He didnt see anything wrong and suggested I may have meniers disease. He told me to go back to them and get more tests done, however by the time I finally got into the neurologist and he did scans and tests, my insurance was about to expire. I am still experiencing issues and trying to get referrals to another ent but this place was a waste of time. They just shrug your issues off and push you onto somebody else. I 10000000% do NOT recommend them.

He listened, asked my Dad to repeat answers just to make sure he understood correctly, and did some testing right there and then. If you make an appointment with him make sure you clear your day because its going to take extra time (in a good way). Expect to wait for him, he will probably run late because he is very thorough with EVERY patient. He will go step by step, organ by organ, and ask you what your symptoms are. This is not a 5 to 15 minute visit doctor that doesn't listen. You won't have to talk too much because he asks you very direct questions. On your part, you better know your symptoms so you can clearly communicate that to the doctor. He will analyze your symptoms and come up with a treatment plan. I felt like all my issues were addressed and dealt with. He reminds me of a small town doctor that takes time, he is definately not a clock watcher. The lady Maria that works with him is amazing as well. She will tell you in the beginning that there might be extra waiting for him so bring a book, jot down your symptoms, watch YouTube and be ready. It took me a month and a half to make an appointment to see this doctor and it was worth it. He's not the type of doctor that's going to baby you and coddle you, he gets right down to business. Be ready to answer questions definitively. Lastly, he is an educator. He empowers you with information so you're not thinking you have cancer or some crazy stuff you looked up on the internet. It feels good to have information and answers. This is right up my alley.

Avoid this guy at all costs. He may have once been a great doctor, but he's hard set in his old…read moreways and has horrible bedside manner. I went to see him for a punctured eardrum and related infection and he prescribed polymyxin b and neomycin ear drops. The internet and all related medication packaging specifically state that this should NEVER be used on a patient with a perforated eardrum (this medication can cause permanent hearing loss in patients with a perforated eardrum). I have had this condition before and was aware of this contraindication. I asked the doctor about it and was told "it will be fine, don't worry". Against better judgement, I tried the medication only to experience horrific pain and vertigo. I went back and told him that I could not take the eardrops. He told me that he would prescribe something else that would be better for my ear. Upon filling the prescription I found that he had, in fact, prescribed the exact same contraindicated medication. I'm not sure if he thinks all of his patients are too stupid to read a label, but this one isn't. I went to my GP who was shocked that an ENT would prescribe such a medication when it was clearly harmful to a person with my condition.
