One thing I really appreciate is that he's always available if something comes up, even after hours, and provides his cell number for emergencies. That kind of personal care really means a lot. Both of my kids are also currently doing Candid corrective aligners, and Dr. Patel has been great throughout the process. He takes the time to explain things and makes sure everything is going well. Overall, we've been very happy with our experience at Floss Dental and would definitely recommend Dr. Patel and his team!

This review is based entirely on my personal experience as a patient…read more I paid 37,000 dollars for dental work here. I paid top-tier pricing because I wanted to avoid the exact nightmare I am living with now. I figured since its the most expensive and the do work with MISS TEXAS, and CELEBRITIES, surely they wouldn't ruin my life. Dr. Dooley and Dr. Davis were the doctors who performed the work on my teeth. I thought paying this much guaranteed quality, skill and accountability. Instead, within 24 HOURS of the "final" procedure, my teeth started falling out. Not getting loose. Actually falling out of my mouth and BREAKING! A total of 8 teeth ended up having serious issues after the work that was done. I kept going back because I wanted to believe they would fix what I was dealing with. I gave the office and both doctors every opportunity to make it right. Every attempt failed. They even REDID them and RESHAVED MY TEETH EVEN MORE. And guess what happened 24 hours later? THEY STARTED TO FALL OUT AGAIN! Now I am missing teeth I will never get back. Several others are damaged. I am spending huge amounts of money with a completely different provider just to redo the harm. When I asked for a refund, the office refused unless I signed paperwork controlling what I was allowed to say publicly. I was asked to stay quiet about my experience before they would even consider returning my money. I refused. ON NO PLANET, No patient should be pressured into silence after going through something like this! So here I am. No refund. Permanent damage to my teeth. And nothing but the TRUTH. One of the most disturbing parts of this process was hearing the office reference Dr Kline's passing even though Dr Kline never worked on my teeth at all. In my view, it felt like his death was being brought up in a way that avoided addressing what I personally experienced from the work by Dr. Dooley and Dr. Davis. I found that extremely inappropriate and unsettling. Dr Davis even admitted he "didn't know what was happening in video". (feel free to DM on instagram @thedonovanruffin, i will share all the footage as the review has limits on videos) The hardest thing for me to accept is that the same individuals who performed my procedures and that I associate with the damage I suffered are still practicing at SMILE TEXAS today. I paid 37,000 dollars believing I was buying safety and quality. Looking back, I honestly believe I would have had a better experience flying to Colombia and spending 1,000 dollars, because it truly feels like they care more about their patients than what I went through here. This was a HORROR from start to finish. When they pull 100s year old bodies from the ground, they still have their TEETH and nails, These people destroyed and took away my teeth FOREVER!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am sharing my experience so no one else ends up in the position I am in now physically, emotionally and financially, not to mention to PAIN!!!

First of all, Jill, the treatment coordinator is awesome! She's so caring, thoughtful, and really made us feel she is for us. She got my MIL in a plan to get her teeth fixed so she could eat comfortably by this Thanksgiving. So thoughtful. Dr John Varghese is not only highly intelligent, but he clearly shows he cares about his patients. He patiently went through each step of the plan to get my MIL's teeth back to normal so she could enjoy life in her late 80's. I liked them so much I too switched to them and got my first X-rays and cleaning. I have issues with grinding my teeth and it's getting to the point where I needed to assess what I need to do to protect my teeth so that I can still use them as I get older. They drew a plan out with what options might be best to tackle my case and I appreciate knowing all the pros and cons of my decision and being informed of the process. It's my first time personally so that is where I am at. But I appreciate their honesty, transparency, guidance, and professionalism. I'll be recommending this place to my hubby next.

ADDITIONALLY, received "spam" email from a partner (unauthorized) with a plan that was NOT insurance. The plan was a joke: Discounts on services, but NO actual prices. Is it 20% off $10, $100, $1000, $10,000? Impossible to discern value. And, for those that actually read terms & conditions, the plan had had more outs (non pays) than inclusions. Even after cancelling the appointment, explaining my concerns to Bradfield, clearly stating that I would not be going forward and requesting that they remove me from their contact lists..... emails and texts came again as if I were still a patient. Responded, please stop. They confirmed and apologized. Yet, once again, more emails from Bradfield. As I come from a medical and dental family, I realize each practice has standard operating procedures as well as exception handling procedures across both health and business service aspects. This practice repeatedly validates that fact that is sorely lacking in both areas and is unwilling to do so or is simply insufficiently professional to operate at a high level. Had no desire nor intent to leave a negative review, but when a "professional" organization cannot manage the simple things well, they likely breakdown in other areas, too, while the patients pay the price and the $.
