I have anxiety about…read moremedical procedures and was very very clear about that in my initial intake, over the phone( I had to call them to get pre op instructions), plus when I walked in. The front office staff brushed it off when I arrived. No one listened to me when I started having a panic attack. I asked for my husband prior to getting started then he could go, and they told me no because it's a sterile environment ...I was in my street clothes, my hair was down all over the place, nothing was sterile about it so not sure about that. People walked in and out with out gowns on or gloves........ I asked to take one of my personal anxiety meds or for them to give me something and was denied. people kept coming in and putting needless and instruments around me. they put me in a chair and flipped me upside down. my vital signs were in alarm zones the entire time. I kept asking what was happening and was everything ok. They just kept their backs to me and said nothing. I had to run out of the surgery room before I felt like I was going to have a full fledged panic attack pass out. There are many different ways this could have been handled. but now I'm traumatized and it boils down to the doctor didn't care to take a little extra care effort or stray from his normal routine .God forbid something wasn't normal in the procedure..... episode would he have done anything different then?!

I came here after a failed root canal retreat and an infected tooth that wasn't having it…read more My initial appointment was maybe 5 minutes long and after Dr. Anton (Sr.) gave it a look, he quickly said yep, it's got to go and that we would get scheduled for the actual procedure. I was ready to get it done, but I understand schedules. They were able to get me in two days later - early in the morning with Dr. Anton (Jr.) and when I arrived they were ready for me within minutes. I went to the back, was introduced to the team and given an overview of how it would all go. They asked if I was ready and within 5 minutes, we were done. I didn't have any sedation so I was able to get in and out and also drive myself. Both Dr. Anton Sr, and Dr. Anton Jr were very friendly and professional. The nurses/assistants were as well. I was given the number to call if I had any issues and sent on my way with a care pack including a fancy head wrap ice pack. While I certainly don't plan on having any more teeth extracted, I would definitely recommend Dr's Anton and their team to anyone who needs their service.

The front desk personnel asked me my form of payment, and my reply was a credit card. She never mentioned a service charge when I handed her my card. It was only after the fact that I noticed a small sign to the right of the counter. While at the front desk, the phone kept ringing and another lady who was just sitting there, never moved a muscle. That explains why all calls are not answered! It has been months. I have never heard back from the office to schedule my son's surgery.

The 1st bridge that was placed on my bottom teeth had holes in the front that can be visibly seen & the whole time I was gaslit from the entire staff saying they don't see the holes or discoloration when you can clearly see it in a picture. Long story short they couldn't find the paint to match the bridge to cover the holes so after going back & fourth with the manager Lily they agreed to fix my bridge with a replacement The replacement is only glued on not screwed when the original was screwed Bc the new bridge is glued it does not fit properly on my gum line causing food to get stuck underneath EVERY TIME I eat bc there is a gap The bridge was ordered ONLINE which is baffling I've never experienced such horrible services from a dentist/oral surgeon in my life before coming here Dr Diaz used to have good services he's pulled a few teeth for me in the past & I really trusted them for my new smile makeover but instead I'm going through depression stress & financial loss My teeth aren't done properly I didn't even get to pick the color they picked the color & it's horrible 1 star for NOTHING

I saw you two days ago and you were fine" then she proceeded to blame my pain on me and told me I needed to go see a different doctor. What kind of bedside manner is that? I was referred to Dr Devoll from another dentist when she told me I would need surgery to correct my periodontitis. Terrified, I went. Dr Devoll is fantastic and explained everything in a very gentle and informative manner. After being anxious about it for a long time I finally went in for my surgery (gingivectomy + all 4 wisdom teeth extraction + bone graft) this past Friday and received IV Sedation. The process was over before I knew it (I don't remember anything at all after the medicine went in) and the recovery process has been nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. They gave me plenty of time, information, and reassurance beforehand. Good meds for recovery. I never felt rushed or pressured at all during the whole process. Dr Devoll and his staff are true professionals, the best I've ever seen in the field of dentistry. They are caring and I feel way less scared about dental work as a result. Dr Devoll is someone you can trust. I will be going here as long as he is practicing. Can't recommend high enough.

I had gum grafting done and some how, they made it seem like an almost enjoyable experience! :) I had a few questions during my recovery and when I called I got an immediate answer or someone called me back quickly.
