I had gum grafting done and some how, they made it seem like an almost enjoyable experience! :) I had a few questions during my recovery and when I called I got an immediate answer or someone called me back quickly. So I have had quite a bit of dental work here. 4 implants total. I have never experienced…read morerudeness here, in fact they have been very helpful and pleasant. There have been a few hiccups which they have resolved when I spoke with them. I have a really big fear of dental work. When I first started with treatment I had 2 failed crowns that had to have pulled, one of my back teeth was very difficult to get out I think because the root was too long or something. However the attempt to pull that tooth out was very painful and could not seem to be numbed as well as the other side. They finally called in someone to help and it worked, but it was very painful and added to my anxiety. After those implants were complete I had a front tooth break and needed both front teeth replaced. The financial person, Jollee was very helpful I had seen her at my first visit and she worked with my insurance and me to understand everything financially. When moving to my next procedures Jollee had moved "across" the street to their surgical center, so I had spoken with someone else and that experience was not as clear cut as Jollee, when I had my front tooth experience Jollee was back thank goodness and helped me understand my previous quotes and everything financially up to date. She is pleasant, kind and helpful. I also spoke with her about some of my previous experience with anxiety and why and she offered nitrous oxide and it was extremely helpful. It would be helpful to have an after visit summary as most of the time my anxiety is so high I have very little comprehension after the surgeries. My partner was always there thank goodness and they were able to give her my care plan. Dr. Pham was my initial dentist and now is Dr. Das, all the dentist/ surgeons have been helpful and kind. The environment is very clean and pleasant. I do recommend Clear Lake Dental. A lot of concerns can be alleviated by asking questions until everyone is clear on the expected outcome. If they offer a dental plan outside of your budget say no, and see if there is a less expensive plan. I did not give a 5 star because right now I have been waiting over a week for confirmation about a balance due. I don't want to get a text about a balance due without reviewing a statement. So hopefully they will send via email as I have asked via text and email.

After reading reviews I was reluctant to go, but I had a very bad wisdom tooth, that I thought was a molar, was loose and infected. From Aly at the front desk to Jolee who was my consultant, to Jasmin the surgeon assistant, to the surgeon herself, Dr Tajdin. Ty so much for the wonderful treatment! I feel like a new person today. Yes, I was a walk in and they took care of my emergency and did the oral surgery! I do have dental insurance, and thought I would still pay an arm and a leg, but nope! Only 63 dollars and a tooth later, I thank them all!!! You will be my husband and dentist from now on!

I was ready to get it done, but I understand schedules. They were able to get me in two days later - early in the morning with Dr. Anton (Jr.) and when I arrived they were ready for me within minutes. I went to the back, was introduced to the team and given an overview of how it would all go. They asked if I was ready and within 5 minutes, we were done. I didn't have any sedation so I was able to get in and out and also drive myself. Both Dr. Anton Sr, and Dr. Anton Jr were very friendly and professional. The nurses/assistants were as well. I was given the number to call if I had any issues and sent on my way with a care pack including a fancy head wrap ice pack. While I certainly don't plan on having any more teeth extracted, I would definitely recommend Dr's Anton and their team to anyone who needs their service.

When I asked about it, they said that's standard practice. Not sure if that's true for dental billing but it's 100% fraudulent for medical especially since the billing provider never even saw the patient. Super incompetent, it would have been paid if they submitted the medical notes.

When I arrived, they told me my insurance didn't cover the required X-ray, so I had to pay out of pocket, which I agreed to. When the doctor confirmed that my son needed his wisdom teeth extracted, and they would contact me with an appointment time. Shortly after, I was escorted to the front desk to pay. The front desk personnel asked me my form of payment, and my reply was a credit card. She never mentioned a service charge when I handed her my card. It was only after the fact that I noticed a small sign to the right of the counter. While at the front desk, the phone kept ringing and another lady who was just sitting there, never moved a muscle. That explains why all calls are not answered! It has been months. I have never heard back from the office to schedule my son's surgery.

I'd prefer they do their job rather than crediting us months after the service. We received a letter explaining it months after the fact. So how are we to know that you are charging correctly?! Their staff is not there to provide a service. I became a patient with them and explained how sensitive my teeth were. We, myself and Dr. Hannah Dickson, agreed on how to proceed with the cleaning. I needed a new nightguard and she instructed me it would be $200 for a hard night guard, not the soft one that I had. I wanted a replacement, soft like I had and was pretty much told they don't like doing that. It was hard or nothing. I agreed to the hard one, received it, and they fitted it. It was so hard that it suctioned to my teeth. It was uncomfortable and risked a cap that I have on my teeth. So I stopped using it. In 6 months, I went back for my next cleaning. I again requested the same process used in my prior cleaning. I was told that we didn't the process to treat for my sensitive teeth. Thankfully I was insistent and they reviewed my records to see I was correct before proceeding. We once again discussed the night guard and I insisted on a soft one. I was told it would be another $200 for the mold. I was not treated as if I had any part in my treatment plan or really as if my opinion on treatment mattered. I have spoken to their office manager several times, each time looking for clarity and each time met with rudeness and the attitude that she is doing me a favor. My advice is to find a different dentist, different office.

The first two of my last three cleanings seemed like they rushed through it and didnt do a thorough job. Things were great at first. They said i needed a tooth pulled and a bridge, I agreed and signed the contract, paid for and had the service performed. Was treated like royalty each time i walked in after that. They said i needed another tooth pulled and my bridge updated. I declined that proceedure on two of my cleaning visits. Next thing you know my appointments are not with Dr Louie anymore as I requsted. Some other hygenist or Dr took over and my cleanings went to crap. I can only imagine its because i kept refusing to have that loose tooth pulled. Fast forward to my last cleaning in 8/25 and I saw yet a different Dr again and was told by the hygenist that he couldnt clean my front teeth because he was afraid my might pull my tooth out with the scraper. Wow, really? Was he really afraid the tooth would come out or was he just afraid he couldn't charge for and extraction if it did. Either way I'm done with half assed cleaning and did not appreciate being on the doctor roulette wheel the past year and a half.

In all of those years I have never encountered a better experience than I have had at Blessed Dental. I was already impressed by their professionalism and courtesy toward me, but when I took my son there, I was completely sold on them. He is a high functioning autistic and gets nervous around strangers. He is especially agitated when they try to touch him. From the very first visit their kindness and gentleness relaxed him enough to finish the exam. He started going there about 8 years ago and soon he didn't get the least bit nervous when he went to his cleanings. Dental health is a big part of overall health, so getting him to the dentist regularly is just a necessity. They make that easy.
