When we mentioned that we wanted to share, he thoughtfully divided the ramen into two beautifully presented bowls. It was such a simple but considerate gesture that made us feel genuinely cared for. He also took the time to explain each dish to me in English, making sure I understood everything. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. The food was equally impressive! As someone who grew up enjoying Asian cuisine, I appreciated the authentic flavors. The sashimi was wonderfully fresh, and the shrimp tempura, gyoza, and ramen were all beautifully prepared and delicious. Dessert was another lovely surprise. My one disappointment in the place is that they used to offer a moriawase of both sushi and sashimi - a mixed selection, rather than having to order five pieces of each kind - but apparently it's too much work to slice one piece each of five different fish rather than all the same one....
