I tried to get my money back as I had just come into town and didn't wear any clothes I purchased and they sat in my room for over a month while I was away helping family recover from surgery. I had my receipt pulled up and ready, I explained to her my situation, I just wanted to see if there was anything she could do on her end. She insisted not to, spoke down to me, repeating the policy, which wasn't necessary I wasn't pushing I was kindly asking, if there's anything she could do to help me. Either way I would have been glad to take store credit. However her rude tone and demeanor will not have me coming back. All the other employees were kind and cordial. This manager was rude and unprofessional, she also asked for my id and I gave it to her, but it didn't hit me until after how strange it is to ask for an id for store credit. That was when I asked why, she didn't seem to state the reason for needing my identification beforehand which was not appreciated, she said it goes to a third party!! not sure why. Before she expressed how she thought my jeans have been washed, I explained to her they have not been by me but since i've been out of town and those jeans have been sitting in my room, someone in my family must have washed them without my knowledge. That's all, I wasn't pushing anything more. very rude. no customer service skills. Also Old Navy never carry different inseams in person which is why I was returning the jeans to begin with!! Will not be shopping in Old Navy again.

I recently ordered two pairs of shoes for in store pickup, within the hour, I received an email that only one pair was available. When I called the store, they explained the other pair wasn't scanning but they would be happy to hold it for me up front and price match! Stellar customer service at this location!

I visited this store for my very first time after seeing it blow up on Tik Tok! For the holidays…read morethey were offering bundle bags on Black Friday. The videos I saw showed the strip mall being so packed with vehicles & people that there was actually a police presence just to help manage with crowd control. I recently moved closer, so I took the first opportunity I could to take a look at their goods in person yesterday...I was a little taken aback at how small the space is. From the moment I walked up to the front door- I was shocked to see that, that many people could have been waiting in line for hours and that the store would have enough merchandise to accommodate ALL those customers?! That said, I found the shop inside decorated in that retro style very suitable & quaint, but also only about 8 racks spread out openly throughout the store. The prices in my opinion were ridiculously high except for the $10 clearance rack by the front entrance. Even at that, many shirts I found stained, logos cracking/fading, with holes, or paint marks and overall just not in great condition for the cost! Additionally, they do have some pants, jackets and hoodies as well. Employees never welcomed us in. Too busy eating sandwiches. Find it very unprofessional to eat your food on the floor and at the registers counter to boot! They buy daily for vintage. You'll receive cash or credit. Generally, you will get more in store credit than in cash. Currently, they're accepting winter items and are being very "picky" ( as the two employees told me) about t-shirts. Odd since that's mainly what they carry & with that Tik Tok craze you'd think they would have needed a heck of a lot more merchandise unless it didn't fair well? Yet, again it's a small space with not a lot to offer, so wondering if they have things in storage and they rotate often or seasonally? Doubtful this will be a place I'd return. Think you can get more money by selling your goods on-line thru numerous apps. Or, going to a thrift store and finding vintage gems!

We browsed for a little bit, but flabbergasted at the pricing. $30-50 for a faded t-shirt. I get they are vintage, but the prices seemed insane! Even a pair of mall goth style shorts were $125! Insanity! We likely won't return as we both will not pay those prices. Upon entrance and even exiting we were greeted by an employee at the door, which was the positive here (hence 3-stars).

Sad news! April 14 2026 Painted Tree announced a country wide closure filing chapter 7 bankruptcy…read more I've always loved shopping at these boutiques and supporting small businesses while looking for unique gifts. I'm only giving two stars today because I personally know some vendors that had just settled in after setting up and decorating their space- only to have them told, that Painted Tree is closing and you have to get all your stuff out asap. Understandingly, most vendors were shocked and upset. This follows other recent stores that closed featuring handcrafted goods- Ivy and Sage Lifestyle Company in Gilbert also closed their doors Feb 21st and Reel Deals on HIgley Road shut their doors too. I feel for all the hard working vendors who put their love into creating their products and now have to scramble to find new ways to show and sell their work.

There are many individual booths here very similar to the ones in Chandler; however, there were many empty booths for rent ranging from $400-$500/month. There's a good variety of individual shops offering some cool stuff. One shop even had all kinds of instant Buldak ramen, tteokbokki, stir fried kimchee, snacks, and drinks! This is a fun place to find unique items and gifts. For the most part, prices are pretty reasonable. The employees were welcoming and friendly.
