I've brought my SUV into their shop to have a radio with Bluetooth capability installed. Due to improper installation, all of the electrical in my car brunt up. Since my vehicle was nonfunctional, because of all the burnt up electrical, I had to have it towed to my mechanics shop. At that point, he confirmed that all the electrical was burnt up because of their improper installation.. I had been calling them for the last week trying to talk to a manager about what had happened, and to see how they were going to make it right . They finally contacted me this morning and are refusing to take responsibility for their poor workmanship which caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. Nor will reimburse ANY OF THE COST TO GET MY VEHICLE FUNCTIONAL again. Now the only reason I write this is to inform the public. Hopefully others will not make the same mistake I did by going to "AUDIO OUTLET" in San Marcos. I was informed by my mechanic I am not their only victim, this has happened to multiple other people that have brought their cars there.

I thought that's a good idea since we already had one that went out from lightning. When I got home I saw we were charged $180 for one year with the manufacturer already covered when we purchased it, and would be billed another $180 next year for the second year of coverage? So we were paying $180 for the first year which was unnecessary and an additional $180 for the second year. I found this very misleading and when we got home, call Best Buy and cancel the insurance policy saving myself $360 in two years. The store is clean well that has a good supply of items, but due to the way, this additional warranty was explained to us. I felt the staff misled us.

I asked about screen protection and instead of the overlay, they recommended "bumper cases", which I bought for only $9.99 Bonus, whilst waiting I was able to browse around like in a toy store! All in all, a better experience than anticipated.

Thalia told me they didn't have it in stock, but they'd have it by 6/7, and they could deliver it by 6/8, and that I would pay for it when they confirmed they had it ready. She went to the computer and confirmed my contact information. I called the store this afternoon, as I hadn't heard anything, yet; spoke to Matt, who tells me Thalia's been trying to reach me, but they said they had a different number on file; strange, because I've done business with this store before, and I've had the same phone number for eight years. On top of that, Matt tells me that Thalia misquoted the furniture, stating that it's two separate components, and that the total price for both pieces would be more than twice the original quoted price.......and there's nothing on my printed quote that says it's one of two pieces, or that it's one piece of a bigger set or that it's an incomplete set. On top of that, if I were to pay the new ridiculous price, I would have to wait another week for the second piece to come in. I explained to Matt that I shouldn't be penalized for Thalia's mistake, and all he says is that I'm welcome to come into the store so he can show me what Thalia should've showed me. So, not only am I able to get the complete furniture set I was promised this week, but I won't get it at the price I was quoted, a price which was explained by the customer sales representative for what was to be the whole furniture set. He was incredibly kind and nonjudgmental throughout the hole process and did the best he could to make sure we got what we needed at the price we could afford. He seems like a good person and we welcoming to everyone who walked in today.
