I do not recommend Harte Electric.

The issue itself was unclear, but Clay's team came out, assessed and fixed the problem with the subfloor. The area where the repair was done required pulling back a large area of carpet in two separate areas, which met at a seam in the doorway. Clay's team showed me why this repair could result in a less than perfect end result, but I told them to proceed. In the end, the loose area of flooring was repaired and the carpet was stretched back such that we could not tell it had even been pulled up. We will certainly use Complete Contractor Services in the future!

He quickly assessed a leaking dishwasher issue that ultimately required all the flooring in our downstairs (and a few cabinets) to be replaced. Again more problems. Based upon his recommendation I purchased a new door. When he hung the door, I pointed out the latch looked troublesome he gave no response. That winter there was forceful winds and the door nearly came off the frame. Lucky for me my neighbors secured the door with bricks to keep it closed. When I returned, Marcus responded to my call and looked at the door, which was bad, he said he will check with Home Depot see if there is a warranty on the door. I checked myself and there was a warranty on the door. Needless to say I never heard from Marcus again. I do not recommend Marcus for any jobs.

I called and he was like "yeah, we're busy, standard Monday morning stuff, can we come at 10?" No, you made an appointment with me to bid on a job, didn't show up or call. Doesn't bode well for work ethic or project management. If you can't manage your calendar and keep in contact with customers at this stage, there is zero trust that you would do so for an actual project. Shameful.
