Robert came out and spent over two hours, re-framing and re-hanging the tracks for the doors, making sure that everything was level and ran true during operation. We found them to be…read moreexcellent craftsmen, dependable, and great to have replace the builder's windows in our home with very high quality "new construction" zero maintenance windows rather than pocket windows which would have diminished our home's views. I highly recommend Todd's company. Their price was very competitive, not even close to the most expensive, but certainly not the cheapest. Buy once, cry once. One of the window companies he represents was the only one we found (we looked at many) that offered colored vinyl extrusions where we could have white on the inside and a tan color outside (never needs to be painted, even if surface is scratched). Lifetime warranty too! We recently hired him and his team for more work, replacing the screens with windows on our screened porch (no more cleaning up pine pollen). We had them add a custom bar top along the window sills. It looks great and is a wonderful way to enjoy the view of our back yard, even if it is raining or in the winter.
