You will find six covered picnic tables and 4 more on concrete pads, but no grills. Off to the side is a covered play scape. Apart from the hilly topography, it has a really nice distant view of the Round Rock area. It's basically a great spot for the local residents to enjoy. No public bathrooms.

The park has a number of apparatuses for children to entertain themselves through play. This park, approximately one acre, is located in the Silverado Ranch subdivision. Not sure if the Texas heat was a contributing factor, however, there was no one at the park at the time we were there. The park is well maintained and super clean. The grassy areas were perfectly manicured and aesthetically pleasing. There is also a humungous pool onsite, however, it did not appear to be operational...perhaps waiting for the hot days of summer. Silverado Ranch Park serves as a great connection point for families, children's and others to enjoy some down time and experience the greatest of being outdoors in a relaxed environment.

However, this is not a public park run by Cedar Park, it is for local residents and their guests only. It has a very well-maintained pool area and children's play scape. It has 33 parking spaces including two handicap spots. It has a large covered picnic table area with a grill and there are several picnic tables scattered about on the property. One thing that caught my attention was the fact that this park has a fenced in dog park as well. The pool area is one of the nicest I've ever seen in a residentialy owned park and is accessible by a key given only to the residents here. This park is a true asset to those who live in this area and the photos included prove it.

There is a giant rock wall on one side, and most of the path is dirt. It's very cool with the canopy of trees overhead. The only downside is the runners and bikers; otherwise, it's a nice walk. There is a parking lot with a bathroom beside it, and the two paths are labeled. Maybe next time we will take the other loop.

It is just another addition to the 28 mile, or so, loop around Lake Georgetown. I like to park at Overlook Park and walk over here. Lots of beautiful scenery with Blue Hole, that famous hole that never dries up, just a mile or so from San Gabriel Park. Booty's is home to the John Ischy Archeological Site which is protected by the North Rim of the San Gabriel, which I've yet to find. Also home to Booty's is the Georgetown Challenge Course. Along the trail from Booty's to San Gabriel Park are a couple of cool spots for bird watching and star gazing, and, of course the challenge course. Lots of the trail is lighted and offers three different surface areas like concrete, crushed granite, and, asphalt. It's beautiful and peaceful. Please help keep it that way. This park is isolated with only one way in by vehicle, but, several options by foot. Whether or not you do the full 28 miles around the lake, you will enjoy yourself here. Not only can you get your exercise on, but, this is a beautiful place to just come and veg out, read a book, or have a picnic. There is also a large covered pavilion that would be great for large gatherings. Booty's is good for the entire family, and, of course dogs. Please scoop your poop.

Yes you can pull it apart and say no water feature or water access but after just a ten minute drive from my home it was a treat to be in the manicured open spaces !!! Now we know there are porcupines there and they can be seen in the trees we will make it a challenge like seeing a moose in Maine or a koala in Australia . When we asked to purchase a park pass she directed us to park and enter the office. We parked and met with another kind employee who explained that a park pass would allow us entry to various other WILCO parks - but NOT Garey Park! So don't ask. Haha The pass will also get you certain discounts at other WILCO parks. After paying for our pass we went ahead and ventured to the first trail we could find. I will say this is a beautiful area! Nice, clean, and a fairly easy walk. Don't forget you water though. We ran into an older woman who was walking with a friend - they didn't have enough water. There are plenty of trails to walk but I will say the maps are not the best. If the park would add a teeny little sticker that said "you are here" it would be a load of help. Also, some of the markers are a little confusing. The park did add QR codes to scan so that you could pull a map up on your phone but it takes some time considering it doesn't pin your location. All in all, excited to come back to see what else the park has in store for us. It has great potential. Just need to see more of it. (And fix the maps!... might just be a 'me' problem though.)

It has a nice covered area and a stage where I'm assuming events take place is also well landscaped with lots of flowers and I shrubbery.There's a picnic area with tables and play area for kids as well as a splash pad. They host an amazing pride event every June here with lots of vendors with tents and in their large paved and covered area and entertainment and police and volunteer veteran safety patrols to keep everyone safe and having fun.

It is a quaint place with lots of seaeting, shade, and solitude to reflect on life. There is also a marker celebrating a shootout in the 1800s. Neat! If you're looking for lots of glitter and glamour, this place isn't it. I loved visiting this particular park due to the quiet demeanor it had. Come visit and bring a book to read. It's also across the street from Round Rock donuts. Yum!

As the park's namesake suggests, there is a large old water tower on the property. There's not much in the way of amenities, just a few benches and sidewalks with a seating area by the water tower. There is a nice patch of green space, but at one end is an abandoned building which was formerly a gas station. The small park basically serves as the center of attraction in the downtown area. The best place to park is across from Round Rock Donuts.

It's really a nice local community park that sits on a sloping hill that leads down to a creek. There's about a dozen uncovered picnic tables sitting on concrete slabs, a water fountain, and a really large smoker that could easily handle a side of beef. There is a shed next to the smoker and a music stage at the bottom of the hill where people can sit in the grass or watch from the picnic tables. Behind the stage, there is the Canyonlands hiking trail which will take you to Jones Brothers Park by the lake. On site is a porta potty, a wash station and a few parking spaces. Definitely a nice gathering place for the people of Jonestown. Informative photos included.
