We had two security cameras (with motion sensors) that needed to be hard wired from a non outlet location. Others quoted me $150-300+ more than David did. I was skeptical of his estimate as others kept telling me there's no way any one could do the job for under a certain amount. David showed up RIGHT ON TIME. I showed him the areas and he went right to work. No fuss, no complaints. I didn't feel the need to check on his work as I trusted he would notify me of any issues (which he did once when he showed me an area he had to cut differently due to wall studs). The cameras were installed cleanly and looks professional! I was even more impressed that he thoroughly cleaned up each area (with a vacuum i think too) when he was finished. I had asked for a landscape lighting repair quote and he diagnosed it pretty much for free (I'm hiring him to come back to replace quite a few broken lights). We hired him to come back to install recessed lighting and a ceiling fan in a ceiling that had no outlets/wires. His prices are really so reasonable. He also worked on our landscape lights that had not worked in so many years. The entire job took almost all day and he worked tirelessly. He did leave for a lunch break but came back. I am in love with the recessed lighting and kicking myself for not having it done sooner. The room is brighter and feels so much more alive. The night/mood feature of lights is sooo cool with the almost sunset orange. I am so thankful to have found this company and owner. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I do not have enough good things to say about Le and his company. I've used other electricians in…read morethe past and, much like anything else, it is hard to find a good balance between paying outrageous prices provided by the bigger local companies and using the guy willing to do it on the low, but likewise does sloppy work. Le certainly does not fit into either of these categories. He does high-quality work for an honest price. At this point Le has done several electrical jobs for me at my house, including: recessed lighting in my office, rerouting our microwave breaker (which was hooked up to several other outlets and lighting for some reason), grounding and replacing a bad external GCFI, among other things. In one case, Le underestimated the cost and time for a project, but honored his quote none the less. If nothing else, I appreciate honesty and quality work, which I know I will get both from him - which I is why I am and will continue to be a return customer. As a word of caution, he is a one-man shop, so be patient as he gets very busy sometimes. If you hire him to do your work, rest-assured it will be done right. Thanks again, Le!

As a neighbor, I've witnessed ongoing disrespect and disregard for others. Their work trucks routinely block the sidewalk and bike lane in front of a residential property, creating unsafe conditions for pedestrians, cyclists, and individuals with disabilities. Despite being asked multiple times to stop, the behavior continues. The city now has numerous photos of these violations, and I'll be submitting a formal complaint to the state licensing board.
