Danny shaved at least 1/8 of an inch from all of my knives, and also managed to break two of my meat cleavers. I am beyond angry and disappointed. I found this place on Google Maps and it happens to be right off the 7 train so I can go during my lunch break. They also offer shipping services but drop-off in person was only $10 for my knife (very well worth it as it was $94 for my knife). It was a little hard to find, but I've enclosed the picture of the door next to the affiliated Iron Works. When I came yesterday, no one answered the door bell so I called; he told me that I could drop it off with one of the Iron Works workers. I got a receipt and took a picture of my knife. I came back today, rang the doorbell, and picked up my knife. He only accepts Zelle and cash (no Venmo or credit card). I'll try it out tonight but it certainly looks sharp! He put it in an extra sheath and stapled it for me. Very happy to find a convenient place to sharpen knives. I think it would've been $11 for same day but it was $10 because it was next day.
