It was a pleasant surprise having her with us and making sure that we were all settled in ok. After our manager arrived Courtney left and my other 3 coworkers were wondering who Courtney was and we said that she was our recruiter. One stated that they were jealous and haven't even heard back from their recruiter. I told them that they should switch to our agency instead. . Thank you Beacon Hill especially to Isabella and Courtney for taking care of me and making this such a smooth transition. You guys are always on tops of things whenever I had questions.

My company started working with Harbor HR last year. While at first, I was skeptical as to how this…read morewould work for employees, after two firsthand experiences with them --one last year and one last week-- I got my answer: This independent company earnestly represents employees' and management voices and concerns in a rational and unbiased manner. They care deeply about giving both sides a fair shake, and what's unique about them is the thoroughness of their research on each matter. In my case, they conducted a professional and swift survey of me and my management counterpart, then they compared the collected information with their own independent research to develop an unbiased and accurate account. Specifically, Glen Drouin and his team, the president of this company, did an outstanding review into my situation to receive a fair outcome for both me and my company.  I believe as much as great professionals companies must be acknowledged by people, disappointed experiences should be shared on this helpful website as well. I consider this a good way of community service simply by sharing our recent experiences. My especial Thank You to Harbor HR and Yelp for providing outstanding services!

I've worked with Apple One multiple times in my life. As a clueless 20-something year old, they…read morewere good enough. Since then, I've reluctantly used them because a small recruiter business utilizes Apple One for their payroll. Apple One, like all recruiters, take far more out of my pay than they deserve. Between 40-60% of the pay received from the on-site employer is taken by the recruiter. Complaints about dealing with Apple One in the past few years include... too many cooks in the kitchen. Things get passed around to different people. They no longer answer their phones during business hours. Apple One does not give paper payroll statements. Payroll statements downloaded from their site are unclear. Payroll statements do not clearly convey the breakdown of what is lost in the employee's payroll. For instance, their math and line items make it look like non-taxable "earnings" are taxed. I also don't appreciate that they did not send a paper tax statement in the mail like I had marked in my online time card/tax documents profile. When I was preparing my tax returns, I had to tell them to mail it to me. Then they required a form for me to get my paper tax statement. I have no intentions of utilizing their services in the future.

I thought she was there to do paperwork but she was there to make sure everything went well. I don't know much about this company but from what my partner Grace told me is if you'r parent is on state medical CCHP and accepted they help find placement into a facility which we had a hard time with at first with Mastercare plan. They switched Gloria over to this company and Paige and the company helped get her in to Concord Royale. Gloria became physically and verbally abusive and was leaving the house police for involved and she has dementia so it became harder to take care of her. Thank you to this company I guess they took over master care and they help pay for your families portion there and then star nursing takes 90% of Gloria's SSI to help pay while they pay for the rest! Pregnant and all Paige went above and beyond to be there at move in even offered to help carry things in but we told her no because she is about to pop and due soon.
