Best Staffing Agency around. Corinna was my agent who helped me throughout. She is excellent in responding back, answered all my questions, always let me know what was going on, kept in touch, and provided above and beyond service in providing me the best employment. I am with a successful construction company now because of all that she has done for me. read more

Amazing staff. Reliable, friendly and their communication was 10/10. They found the perfect job opportunity for me after I was looking for 6+ months. Corina was AMAZING. Highly recommend this agency. read more

Okay , let me just start off by saying this is by far is the best Staffing Servicing Company I have ever worked with . I had a tough time finding a job when I moved back to the Rocklin Area from the Bay Area . I needed a job FAST and one that paid relatively well since my living situation changed so fast and rent was coming up. I met with Gillian Strong, and right off the bat I felt super comfortable with her and I explained my situation and what I was looking for . Within less then a month (after many job interviews else where ) she found me a perfect match with a Home Builder just down the street from my house ! Great pay, friendly employer , and challenging work environment. Literally everything I was looking for . Gillian guided me through the process as well as answered all of my questions. She was always up for a phone call to talk about any concerns I had or just to check up on me . I was hired full time , and when I was hired Gillian sent me the sweetest card congratulating me . Honestly, I never felt like Ultimate Staffing abandoned me or that they weren't making an effort to help me find a career I'd enjoy . I'd highly recommend them to anyone . Thank you Gillian ! read more

I was laid off from my job at a large accounting firm in Rancho Cordova after 7 years due to Covid. I am in my 50's so had planned on retiring there, not to mention the thought of looking for a new job at my age during a pandemic was daunting. I posted my resume on various sites and was contacted by several agencies. They would get me overly excited with promises of wonderful opportunities and then I would never hear from them again. I was finally referred to Ultimate staffing by my former HR Manager and that is when the tables turned! Nicole Pittaro was my first point of contact, and she responded very quickly to set up a video meeting. Nicole had an engaging and encouraging energy and we had a great discussion to go over my experience and desires. Later that same day I received calls from at least 3 of her team members introducing themselves and letting me know they were going to be working hard to find me a job! I felt a renewed sense of hope and felt my confidence growing. THE NEXT DAY, Heidi Fretwell from Ultimate called me with an opportunity! I told her I was interested, and she got me an interview the next day. By early the next week I reported to my new/first assignment. I have been on the job for four months and just accepted a permanent job offer! From the moment I reached out to Ultimate and throughout this whole process, the team has been nothing short of exceptional. They are responsive, professional and thorough, not to mention my biggest cheerleader. I felt buoyed with a real sense of trust that I had never experienced with an employment agency. They are all, warm, kind, smart, accessible and amazingly easy to talk to. Special thanks to Heidi for getting me my wonderful new job and for her constant presence along the way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of on assignment!! read more

the staffing company does not vet the employees .. 3 employees in 4 weeks .. didn't show up or just didn't work . very dissapointed

This has got to be inarguably the most clean and straight to the point staffing agency by far in the roseville area! The staff has shown courtesy and respect. They are efficient and above all, they earned my approval by displaying the qualities of a good neighbor. read more

I had the pleasure working with Amelia and Heidi at Ultimate. They were able to place me with an amazing company were I was hired on permanently. They really care about creating a great experience beginning to end. I would highly recommend Ultimate to anyone looking for employment opportunities. read more

Michael Jordan, Michael Phelps, Tom Brady, Tiger Woods, Wayne Gretzky. What do all of these people have in common? They were the best at what they do. At Ultimate Staffing this would be Heidi and Corinna at the Roseville office. These two somehow share the award for MVP. They also each deserve a Dundie for their level of service and care. They were both so incredibly kind and helpful in helping me each step of the way, from the assessment tests to finding me a job that fit the description I was looking for. I can not fully express how much I appreciate their help. If you go through this company you will have hit the lottery if either assist you. They also bit had incredible communication to keep me updated along the way. Thank you!!! read more

Nothing but a positive experience with Ultimate! I've tried many temp agencies and this one is the best. They really work with you to quickly find you new assignments. A lot of temp agencies I rarely hear back from, but Ultimate is the exception! I highly recommend this staffing agency for anyone looking for temp or temp to hire work!!! read more

I just moved to the Sacramento area and am eagerly seeking work. I applied to position online with Ultimate and was contacted by David a few days later. He briefly spoke to me on the phone to get an idea of who I am and what I'm looking for and then scheduled me to come into the office the next day. I have worked with temp agencies in the past, including a competitor in this area, and I can honestly say that the experience with Ultimate was FAR better than what I expected. David was kind, energetic, optimistic, and very thorough. He laid out a few potential openings for me and I'm very eager to see what pans out. I recommend Ultimate for anyone seeking a positive assistance with their job search. read more

Hmmmmm. Not sure what to say, other than a waste of my time... I have a lot to offer, lots of education (maybe overqualified), but thought I would give it a chance. David was my main point of contact. I have checked in like they tell you. I have talked to two people at Roseville location and at the Sacramento office with no follow through. Juliane and Caleb are the two that I have talked too, and both do NOT follow through with what they tell you. Waste of my time! Tell you what you want to hear at the time, and lead you on. I'm no dummy, and will look elsewhere! Someone recommended them to me, but I don't feel like they 'work for you'. Bad experience, like most! *Not your ultimate staffing agency, or any different than the others! read more

David is awesome! Best recruiter I have ever worked with. He found me a great job that fit all the needs I had. Along with that, he helped my husband land a job the very next week. Highly recommend working with David. Professional, accountable and genuine! read more

While I understand that it may not be easy to employ their ambassadors as quickly as desired, I did not feel like this company was working for me. I decided to write this review after talking to two other persons who experienced the same level of service. I'm simply warning you that if you choose Ultimate Staffing, there is a good chance your best interest will not be represented and you may go weeks on end without hearing anything from the company. It's very easy to assume that they take on way too many associates and do not have enough clients to fill the spots. read more

With my experience and background I should be the easiest person to find a job for. I signed up with this company months ago and I use to hear from them several times a week but now it's been 2 months and I've heard nothing from them! read more

Ultimate Staffing is awesome! Connie & David are AWESOME! They are completely professional and sweet folks! I started my new job today and already loving it! Totally recommend Ultimate Staffing! read more

Wow..Wow...Wowww! Ultimate Staffing Services is the BEST! Thank you Roseville team!!! I have dealt with 4 other staffing companies in the greater Sacramento area and not ONE could even touch the quality, and first-class service that Ultimate Staffing Services has given me. I came in looking for a job and they found me a position within a week and a half. Once I was placed in a position, David (the Roseville, CA branch manager) continually checked in with me to make sure everything was going smooth, and that I felt capable and comfortable in the position. Though there were few, any concerns or challenges with a position, I felt, with no hesitation, that I could bring it to David. ***The Roseville team makes you feel like family*** On multiple occasions I've had questions and topics that I've felt would be best discussed face to face. In those situations, I've felt catered to, as the staff willingly makes time in their already busy day to say, "No problem, stop by when you get a chance, and we'd be happy to answer any questions you have, and take some time to go over how things are going for you." ***The recruiting staff is phenomenal*** Ultimate staffing Services has a hardworking, professional, and driven team of recruiters that are dedicated to providing solutions that are incredibly fitting for my needs. Gillian, Daphne, and Connie, total stalwarts in the industry, have all played a pivotal role in giving me the great experience that I had while searching for a job. **Notice I said "Searching" - past tense.** I am no longer searching for a job because of the team effort that went in to finding me position in the time frame I needed. I am now working with a company that has great growth opportunity and I couldn't be happier. In summation, if you're in need of employment, I would highly encourage you to consider Ultimate Staffing Services as a resource. I've been so impressed with character and integrity that they chose to operate with and it goes to show with the track record of success that they have. Thank you to the Ultimate family! read more

I am very disappointed in the experience I had here. At first everything seemed great, the staff had me come in and fill out a profile, create a video and take the testing necessary to create a job portfolio. Everyone acted like they were excited to help me find a job as I had just moved to the area and was having some trouble networking. The first few days they had about two possible job choices which both fell through before an interview was even set in place. After that I was not contacted again, I had to reach out to them(even though I was told I would be updated weekly). When I did contact them, they seemed very uninterested to help me further. I do understand if they had no openings for me at that time, but they still need to make your case seem important to them and stick to their word of weekly updates. Just a call or e-mail saying they were still trying to find me something would have been nice. After about three weeks of hearing nothing I was able to find myself a good job with better pay than anything they had suggested for me. read more

I have been with other staffing agencies that did absolutely nothing except send a paycheck. It was great working for Ultimate, you would actually hear from them. Ultimate has a local branch in addition to great online resources. I think it is important to remember that it is not your agency's responsibility to get you a job, you have to be your own advocate. It is also not their job to get you hired on by your company once you are in a position. Ultimate has many job opportunities and they fit the right candidate with the right position. Once I applied for a temp to hire position at Ultimate they contacted me frequently with updates on the position. I was eventually offered a position and after 7 months the company decided to hire me on. I am very happy that Ultimate introduced me to this position and supported me though the process. read more

This company is truly the best in the industry and this branch has some amazing people in it. When I went in to meet Daphne, she said she wasn't sure if she could find me a position, as I had no experience in my current field. But she took a chance on me, helped me perfect my resume and before I even got home that day, she called me with two opportunities and I landed a job within the week. And the support doesn't stop after you're hired. This team is extremely accessible and hard-working for their employees. They make sure that you are just as satisfied as the companies they employ for. Both my boyfriend and my best friend have found employment through Ultimate since and each one of us had a fantastic experience and we love our jobs! They also have an awesome website with resources for employees such as interview tips, software tests and more. read more

This is by far the worst staffing agency I've been too. I came in interviewed with them and did a video, I got a call to do a interview with a call center at the auto mall in Roseville and then received another call that it was cancelled. So I never heard back again. Now when I call ultimate staffing they tell me that one of the girls said that I did not show up to the interview and that I was terminated from their agency which I really don't care because their agency is not one to work with. read more

I loved working with Ultimate Staffing! The only reason i am not still with them is because I ended up finding a permanent full time position. But they were there with me and for me every step of the way. If a job wasnt going to work for me, they didnt make me feel bad or anything they accepted that it wouldnt work and found me other stuff instead. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I took three jobs from them and worked for them about a year, working with Connie and Annie, who are both great AND they communicate with one another so if I called Connie about something she knew usually what was going on because she was in contact with Annie. and vice versa. If i ever need a job again, i would definetly go back!! read more

Ultimate Staffing took great care to get to know me and my skills. David, Connie, and Jillian are awesome! I love my new job. Better pay, better location and great atmosphere. I hope I can get a perm position and finally have a career. I owe all that to the staff at Ultimate! If you have a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude, go see them right now. read more

I applied for a position through one of there ads on indeed and I am over qualified for this position with many years experience and I was rudely dismissed from the position. I am appalled by this employee's lack of unawareness where she wouldn't even look at my resume. I would give this company a zero star if I could. I feel you are better trying to find a job on craigslist. read more

Ultimate Staffing is an amazing Temp Agency who takes their time to place you in a job that best suits your interests and talents. I was first sent to Daphne but she was unable to assist me so David Marcik took over my interview and helped me instead. David Marcik took his time to get to know my interests and talents based on my background history and the interview. He then placed me in a job that contained several pieces I looked for in a job. Throughout my contracted period, David took his time to make sure I was looked after and answered every question that came to my mind. Ultimate Staffing also makes you feel appreciated and makes you feel like family. During the holidays, they send holiday cards sending their best wishes. They also send cards to show they care about your employment with them. The best part about Ultimate Staffing is they actually remember you and your name! I've never felt this welcomed and known before I came to this company. I greatly recommend being a contracted temp with Ultimate Staffing and talking to David to search for your next job/career! I will definitely be sending people over to David. Thank you David and the Ultimate Staffing Team for helping me find an amazing job with amazing pay! I will keep in touch with you all. Best wishes - Jose (Hope you will keep remembering me!) read more
