After traveling back and forth into Sacramento and to state of Texas. Now that I am here longer back into Sacramento, I asked Robert Half for some help to get back into this workforce. I find it a bit a challenge when I call and when they do interview me, they send me to an electronic "THING" that questions me and records me. I guess this is how it is these days with AI. What can you do? I guess you cant really get a real person to interview you these days. Oh well - Ill just say I feel SO SO for this company. read more

I honestly don't know what I would've done without Sabah. I was very impressed with how she made me feel like I was her number one priority throughout this entire process. She and Amber were really quick to present me to their clients as well as getting me scheduled for an interview almost immediately every time. If I could give more stars to show my gratitude, i would. read more

I used to really like Robert half as they landed me an assignment that turned into a perm job before - about two years ago. Now, i don't know what happened. I don't ever get a response back from anyone and when a recruiter sends me a job via email - i get ghosted trying to get a follow up. I understand it probably is chaotic for them but a simple response as to explaining they won't be moving forward would suffice, since they were the ones to email me first anyways. read more

Amber Rodriguez and Sarah are kind respectful people. They follow up with you as an employee to make sure your satidfied, even come out to your job and bring donuts. Overall I would recommend anyone to this employer. My time as an employee has been without any complaints. Keep up the great work ladies. read more

Amber Rodriguez and her super star team partnered with me when I was let go from Robert Half as a Salaried Professional with the Alpharetta, GA office due to Covid. I moved back to California on 6-1-20 and was on assignment for Amber by 6-19-20. I went on to accept a job I found on my own after a while because it was more money, only to find out after 6 months they only needed a part time person. I called Amber the same day, Friday, and by Wednesday I was interviewing and back to work with Robert Half on Monday. Because Amber has this wonderful team and such great experience in this field of recruitment, she placed me with a company who I have currently accepted a perm role and I only had to temp from late Nov to mid March. Amber's ability to MATCH an employee to an employer is simply fantastic and I was blessed to have worked with her and Robert Half. They are my "Go To" read more

I had a really bad experience with Robert half the first time I worked with them, however I decided to give them another try and I'm so happy I did!!! Sabah specifically is what made my experiences great. She found me work quick she kept in contact with me never left me in the dark and was able to find exactly what I was looking for! Thanks Sabah! read more

Robert Half has helped me with my last several positions when I found myself suddenly laid off not once but twice within a year. Amber Rodriguez at the Rancho Cordova office is the best. She always found great opportunities for me, always answered all my questions, checked in with me to see how things were going with the position or keeping me posted when submitting me to potential employers, even this last year with Covid. I would definitely recommend them as a temp agency to anyone needing help with their job search. read more

I've applied for several positions with Robert Half and was never contacted back after waiting 2 weeks for a call bac. Very dissatisfie.

Sabah at Robert Half very welcoming and incredibly thoughtful. The onboarding process was easy and I was working in no time. My new position is a great fit, tailored for me. Dream process. I highly recommend Sabah, Amber and the rest of the team. read more

I worked for Robert Half/Accountemps Rancho Cordova. New to the area, Sabah was so welcoming while at the same time the intake process was efficient and quick. The work assignment was aligned to my experience and skills, thus I was able to hit the ground running and felt that I was contributing and succeeding in it; also, the work enviroment/my co-workers are professional and friendly. I am happy and grateful to have found Sabah's team. read more

This company has been a dream to work with. Holly and Lauren are excellent at checking in with me and making sure my assignments are going okay and if I need any assistance. I have recommended this company to anyone who is looking for a temp agency. read more

Professional, Caring, and Determined! Are the ethics of Amber, Scott, and Brittany. From the second I set foot inside and met the team, they took time to listen and (understand) my needs and goals compared to other agencies that looked like they want me out fast as possible. I had a career in a week. These are extra wonderful folks they'll take care of you! read more

Thank you to Amber for all the help finding the perfect job and wonderful words of encouragement all throughout this process. Amber made me feel as if I wasn't just a temp but like I mattered. I appreciate it alot. She occasionally visits and even bought me my favorite Starbucks drinks without asking me. I am grateful for the opportunity to know Amber and to connect with her. Thank you Amber and you your team, Robert Half. read more

Thank you to, Holly, from the Office Team division in Rancho Cordova for looking into finding me a temp position! Was a great place to work, and she checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. She continues to look for positions that would be a good fit for me. I was represented by Robert Half Office Team in Rancho Cordova for about a month before I found a job on my own. I went to one assignment for a client that did not require an interview, and an interview for a corporate client. I was told I was going to be offered a second interview with the corporate client but never heard back. Some of the staff here are nice and others are not so nice. I feel that if you quit an assignment because it's not a good fit, you reduce your chances of being offered future assignments. read more

I just want to say this branch is excellent. I reached out to them seeking their help to find a job. It took then only two weeks to find me an assignment. If anyone is looking for a job Ask for Amber or Scott. They are very professional and they really care about their clients. Highly recommended!!! read more

I worked for Accountemps Rancho Cordova recently and Greg Berg assigned me to a job where I got to use my Excel skills (Microsoft Office User Specialist-Excel) in a very challenging and fun assignment. There was a time where I was applying like a mad person all over the internet hoping to land that dream job ive always wanted and realized that the world isn't that easy. Then one day Anita Singh from Robert Half gives me a call. After a phone interview she was able to help me get a position with Sutter Health. Working in healthcare was my goal and she was able to get me to that goal. I'm honestly so thankful that Robert Half and Anita have helped me become part of a company where I can expand my career and finally have the job I've always searched for even if it's a foot in the door. Please give them a try you will not regret it I mean that. THANK YOU ANITA!!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company, and specifically Amber/Gary. They quickly found me my absolute perfect fit in a job, which has since turned into a permanent job/lifelong career for me. They care about their clients and go above and beyond to show it. They are wonderful to work with. So go see them! You will not regret it. read more

Accountemps Rancho Cordova recently help me fill a Bookkeeper position in my office. I worked with Michael Hogue and Angie Kagianas, both of whom were very professional and a pleasure to work with from the start. It was only a few days before I had a group of resumes on my desk, all of which were great candidates for the position. Within one week we had a temp in our office. Angie even stopped by to bring donuts and meet face-to-face. My experience with Rob Half has been night and day compared to previous experiences with placement agencies. It was after only one month that we decided to offer the temp a permanent position with our company. I will say the conversion rate is rather high, but even that they were willing to work with us on. The cost was well worth the valued employee they added to our team. On his first day after converting, we got another congratulatory visit from Angie who brought us succulents for our desks! I really appreciated the personal touch and the professionalism of the Accountemps team! THANK YOU! read more

This office was extraordinarily helpful in finding me a position. They gave me multiple opportunities that fit what I was looking for. Ultimately, I ended up finding a permanent position close to home and didn't need their services. but Officeteam contacted me regularly with new, available temporary or temp to hire positions. I was so impressed with them! read more

I have worked with this agency for several years. Amber has been great to work with. She found me great positions and within a couple of weeks of letting her know that I was looking for a position. I wanted part-time and the placements were great. I am now hired permanently with the last part-time position that they sent me on. I love working with Amber, but everyone that I talked with were great as well. I had to contact payroll a couple of times and they were very helpful and courteous. If ever I have to look for another position, I will not hesitate to contact Robert Half, Accountemps. If you need a position, call them! read more

The staffing agency was very helpful. It was an easy on-boarding process. Curtis was very helpful and coached me for an interview that I was prepared for and got the position within the same day. He is a very dedicated worker and was super helpful throughout the process. He definitely put my mind at ease and was very involved in the process. I am very happy with the position I received and hoping for the best and having the position turning into a permanent position. read more

I was looking to change my career path entirely, and as an older worker with limited paid experience, I have a unique set of challenges. I worked with Amber to find not only the perfect career direction to change to, but also a great organization that would be a good cultural fit for me as well. Account temps is a great resource for employers and employees to test each other out before making commitments involving employment, benefits, etc. Amber worked hard to negotiate a good overall package of pay and benefits. Account Temps is a fantastic resource to have on your side. read more

I contacted Office Team in December 2015 and within two weeks I was working at a temporary assignment. The day it ended, I had an interview for a temp to hire position the next day. The staff worked very diligently to get me the best salary possible at a location that was convenient to me. I will continue to use their services if needed in the future and recommend them to my family and friends who are looking for work. read more

My experience with Accountemps has been excellent. They found me a fantastic permanent job. The staff is very helpful and readily available when I needed them. I would highly recommend them for temporary and permanent work. read more

I'm mixed on them. I'd really give them two and a half stars if I could. They did get me a lot of job assignments, but only about half of them were decent. The others were with companies that were difficult to work for and thus ended assignments with me, even when I'd never made a mistake and wasn't difficult to work with. And Office Team will always take the client's side no matter what happened! Then they're reluctant to place you again. Plus, they have very few long term or permanent jobs. I joined AppleOne and in just two weeks they got me two job interviews and one long-term assignment, all with classy, decent businesses who treat their employees right. I feel that Office Team seems to be a magnet for low-class jobs and clients for whatever reason, while AppleOne has a higher class of clientele. read more

I had the worst experience with this company. They found me a job and after I started they followed up with me the first day I started and then forgot about me. I reached out to them to let them to let them know I wasn't happy at this job AT ALL and that I was being asked to used my OWN cell phone since the day I started and Bonnie with Robert Half reassured me THAT WAS GOING TO STOP. I was told that I was not going to have to use my phone and if I did I was going to get reimbursed. Plus to stick with the company longer and things will change. After a few months of using my phone and being asked to drive all over town...I never was reimbursed for my gas/mileage or phone bill and I was being taken for granite and things not only didn't change they got worse. When I was told about this job Bonnie said there was going to be 2 weeks of training and I was only going to be supporting the accounting team. Yet once I started I was 1 of two of the only accounting team I ever saw and the other girl was fired after a week. only was there NO TRAINING whatsoever but there were days where I was the ONLY person in the office for a week and the other girl didn't even work for the same company as myself so if I had questions I was on my own. Everything was disorganized, the people that I did meet were stressed out all the time, the work load was more than one person can do and by all means was it a bad setting and place to work. I told the staffing company Bonnie and she said she would get my reimbursement. I was getting vendors calling me after hours and leaving me voicemail on my PERSONAL cell phone plus they started giving the employees my cell phone number without my consent. This made me angry since the company I was working with was doing illegal activities. I voiced this to the agency and said how I didn't feel comfortable giving my personal cell phone to vendors for an illegal type of business and how I thought it strange that they didn't have a business phone or sign on the building with their name. I guess......Its easier for the company to disappear on a dime! :/ Do you think I want them all having my personal phone number? After I found out of the illegal activities I quite, yet when I told Bonnie, she said they would get my things: My anniversary flowers that my fiance sent me after our year, all other items plus would get my reimbursement checks. The day after they said they went to get my things I got stuck on the other side of town and asked that I meet to get my things later and they said ok. I than received a threatening call the next day saying i needed to go hand deliver the key to the place. After Amber called and yelled and screamed at me it made me want to do nothing for them. I have never been disrespected or treated so badly. I told her I would put the key in the dropbox after I was done eating dinner since she sprung this on me last minute plus why would I want to be put in such an awkward situation. I told her on the phone if she gave me a heads up I would have made plans for this like normal people do. Instead she called me last minute and demanded that I drive over to the job and give the key that moment. She could have offered to get the key or told me to put it in the drop box but did she NOO. They don't think at all. All the things that they could have done right they don't think of, they only make it harder for you and only have their clients best interest at heart. I was told the day I quite not to go to the job and I mentioned that I had a key. It wasn't important that day but then it becomes important when I'm busy with plans eating and I'm expected to drop everything for this disrespectful staffing company that doesn't care AT ALL about their candidates just their clients. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THINKING THEY CARE ABOUT YOU because THEY DON'T. To this day I still do not have any of my things, my ONE YEAR anniversary flowers, my lunch box, OR my reimbursement checks. read more

If I had to write a review for Accountemps 2-3 years ago, I would say the company deserves more than 5 stars. Now, I have to admit that I am very disappointed with their customer service. When i first got back on the job market, the first person I reached out to was Accountemps because they have helped me in the past. Back in the day, I will send an email or leave a voicemail and get a follow up call or email response within 24 hours. Now I leave a voicemail or email i received nothing. I have reached out to a recruiter who I use to work very close with multiple times and heard back nothing. In the last 2 weeks, I have sent out emails and left voicemails and I have not heard nothing back from this individual. I completely understand that recruiters are busy and I get that but to leave people in the dark with no response is completely wrong. I use to love this company and always rave about them but now I am disappointed and probably won't work with them no more read more

I worked for Accountemps , years ago in the San Jose area- they were always so professional and was always fast getting me working at a job that I was right for. My last job in San Jose , was for five years, so when I moved to Folsom a few months ago I was worried about finding a job over here. The San Jose office told me not to worry they would connect me to the Rancho Cordova office and get me working. I met with Greg Berg , at the Rancho Cordova office he was so helpful and professional he said he would set me up for some interviews and get me working soon. He got me a great job close to home in about a week and I also got benefits from Accountemps . I 'm very happy to be part of the Accountemps team. read more

Staff nor Management does not respond to inquiries within a timely manner, unless it is in their benefit to respond. The average response time to an email is about 2 weeks. This has been my experience with 5 people. They all push you on to the next person. Very unprofessional. They low ball you on the pay, make sure you negotiate because there is flexibility. They have not found work for me in 6 months. I have a great resume, college educated professional. I would not recommend them. I have NEVER written a negative letter about any company in my life, however, this company is so inadequate in so many ways I was compelled to. The companies that use their services should reconsider, do you want your company name attached to this? Don't waste your time with these people who won't contact you anyway. read more

I have been working with Officeteam for well over a year. With them, ive had two assignments, no permanent positions despite what they told me about being hired on by a particular client. Once somebody gives you an assignment, you never hear from them. In fact you don't really hear from someone very often at all, on assignment or are. I have had the worst time with one rep in particular. Curtis is lazy. To give you an idea, I let him know my first assignment would be over in a week. It then took another two weeks and constant badgering on my part to find a position that lasted only a month. Knowing the position he gave me was very very temporary, and urging on my part to find something that I could actually live off of and that might be more permanent, he didn't find anything for me. I have now been unemployed for 3 weeks since that last assignment. After the second week I notified him I would need to find a position or file for unemployment since my car payment was due in 10 days. He gave me a snotty email response. Yesterday he called to tell me that I have an interview with a client this morning, but failed to give me a time. On par with the course, I emailed him and never received a response. I called this morning to get details, and he gave me some line about the client doing background checks and hurried me off the phone. I am so frustrated, I can't see straight and I can't give them a good review. I have a suggestion for office team, fire Curtis and I will provide your customers and temporary agents with customer service that he should be giving us. Someone should be able to email someone back in a timely manner not two or three days later. read more
