I go there to ask why nobody called and the girl at the desk said someone will come out and interview me, the interview lasted about 4 minutes and was told that because I took some time off from my last job i didn't qualify for employment. Going through job agencies are not my number one choice but it seems like many employers are now going through and placing job ads in these sites and there are many staffing agencies out there. Millisa, Sr Recruiter, was my contact and she was there to assist me until I got the job. Eric, Millisa's boss and Branch Manager, was very helpful working with me behind the scenes. Thanks to these hard working team I am back to working in Roseville and just 5 miles away from home, close to my child and her school and best of all, Yay! no freeway traffic! While in all my job searching experiences (ever since I was old enough to work) I've never used an employment agency at any time. I dislike the part about no vacation or sick time accrued, no incentives, and just the basic insurance offered like I don't have a home but working with this company was quick and easy. The turn of events was so fast that I even burned the bridge with my old employer because I had to make a decision quickly and hope that the choice I made works out in my favor. BEWARE!! This Employment Agency, Medical Staffing Network,…read morecontacted me through Indeed and offered me a contracted position with a location and pay rate that was agreeable. I completed all the required pre-employment paperwork, and there was a LOT of it, got health assessments, supplied my availability, was cordial, and kept my schedule open as I anxiously and excitedly awaited starting the new position. Almost SIX months later I still have not started, and with no hopes of EVER starting the new position. After numerous conversations with the management over the months, I have concluded MSN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. All the explanations I received from them confirm this. Please consider this review seriously before deciding to work for an employment agency that does not know the ropes, and certainly DON'T GIVE UP YOUR DAY JOB FOR THEIR PROMISES!
