I go there to ask why nobody called and the girl at the desk said someone will come out and interview me, the interview lasted about 4 minutes and was told that because I took some time off from my last job i didn't qualify for employment. I have a solid and very extensive work history. Just by what took place there I'd say I'm better off not being employed by them.

I noticed another post about someones car breaking down and them leaving a bad review. That is unfortunate for her, but my experience is much different. I was recently on my way to work when my tire blew out on the 99. I was very distraught and panic'd. The last thing i would want to do is let down my team at MGA. I called them and they were concerned about me personally and it was shown. One of the guys called a tire shop before i had a chance and had a tow truck come tow my car. Then they called me an uber so i can make my shift. I made my shift and was ubered home. They never said anything about me covering the uber, they took care of me when I needed it most. I put in hard work for my family, and my job as a CNA and it shows. I love this agency and would only ever leave if I got a full time position at 20$ an hour, haha! :)

Going through job agencies are not my number one choice but it seems like many employers are now going through and placing job ads in these sites and there are many staffing agencies out there. Millisa, Sr Recruiter, was my contact and she was there to assist me until I got the job. Eric, Millisa's boss and Branch Manager, was very helpful working with me behind the scenes. Thanks to these hard working team I am back to working in Roseville and just 5 miles away from home, close to my child and her school and best of all, Yay! no freeway traffic! While in all my job searching experiences (ever since I was old enough to work) I've never used an employment agency at any time. I dislike the part about no vacation or sick time accrued, no incentives, and just the basic insurance offered like I don't have a home but working with this company was quick and easy. The turn of events was so fast that I even burned the bridge with my old employer because I had to make a decision quickly and hope that the choice I made works out in my favor. Here's how it went within a week in the first week of August. * Wednesday (late night) - responded to an ad from a job site (not sure if I'll get a response back) * Thursday (morning) - surprised to get a call from agency about said job and sets up an interview with company. So Svc called me and explained about the job and informed me that it was only paying 13 hr i declined and was told i should read posting and not waste people time and was hung up on.
