Since then, I've reluctantly used them because a small recruiter business utilizes Apple One for their payroll. Apple One, like all recruiters, take far more out of my pay than they deserve. Between 40-60% of the pay received from the on-site employer is taken by the recruiter. Complaints about dealing with Apple One in the past few years include... too many cooks in the kitchen. Things get passed around to different people. They no longer answer their phones during business hours. Apple One does not give paper payroll statements. Payroll statements downloaded from their site are unclear. Payroll statements do not clearly convey the breakdown of what is lost in the employee's payroll. For instance, their math and line items make it look like non-taxable "earnings" are taxed. I also don't appreciate that they did not send a paper tax statement in the mail like I had marked in my online time card/tax documents profile. When I was preparing my tax returns, I had to tell them to mail it to me. Then they required a form for me to get my paper tax statement. I have no intentions of utilizing their services in the future.

I thought she was there to do paperwork but she was there to make sure everything went well. I don't know much about this company but from what my partner Grace told me is if you'r parent is on state medical CCHP and accepted they help find placement into a facility which we had a hard time with at first with Mastercare plan. They switched Gloria over to this company and Paige and the company helped get her in to Concord Royale. Gloria became physically and verbally abusive and was leaving the house police for involved and she has dementia so it became harder to take care of her. Thank you to this company I guess they took over master care and they help pay for your families portion there and then star nursing takes 90% of Gloria's SSI to help pay while they pay for the rest!
