We paid for a Nicoblock retaining wall to extend the length of our front yard ($20k+ job). Although we requested renderings or plans upfront, we were told they weren't necessary because it's 'just a wall'. Needless to say, their poor planning didn't account for a telephone pole anchor cable that was directly in line with where they placed the wall. They then switched the product at the anchor to natural stone which looks horrible and wasn't what we agreed to. After repeatedly being told they could not angle the Nicolock block wall around the anchor, we finally accepted the natural stone look (No idea where all the extra Nicolock block we paid for disappeared to as they picked it up and didn't provide us any discount or refund). We had them rebuild the natural stone portion twice because they did not properly address the slope. Now less than 18 months later, the natural stone wall has given out and we cannot get a response. They also used a chipped capstone for the portion Nicolock wall that we were assured multiple times would be replaced, still haven't heard back. Save your money and stay away from these guys as they clearly oversell their experience and work.

The owner left and never contacted me again. I almost never leave reviews but I felt everyone needed to know that this landscaper will provide a structurally unsound product and does not stand beside his work, even when he personally admits it was a bad job. He said he'll send his other worker Yucute. He came the next day to give us an estimate and said he can come back in a few days (this week). We were impressed because the other places we called had up to a 3 week wait. Yucute did the work for us yesterday. Our front yard went from looking like the entrance of a haunted house to perfectly pruned/trimmed. Our back yard is no longer like a jungle. We have more work that needs to be done so Pat Landscaping will be the company we go to. We need some ivy to be removed so i can start a garden. Yucute said he can pull all the ivory and put some top soil down for the garden. That's really nice because this is my first time trying a garden and i wasnt even thinking about top soil. I'm sure my garden will be successful with Yucute's help. Great customer service and awesome results. Definitely go with this place.
