That is not what his team did. The guys did a cursory job, simply blowing the leaves into a huge pile in the woods behind the house, without even dispersing them, and had to come back the next day, at my insistence, to trim the branches (specifically previously discussed with Mr. Cohen). Also, they blew out leaves in the garages, which I said they could do, but I didn't realize that both cars would end up coated with dust. They could surely have swept them up rather than using the blowers. Not worth the exorbitant charge.

This was right at the heaviest time after the storm, when everyone's power was still out, there were trees blocking all the roads ... I must have called at least 20 different arborists and left messages for all of them. I got a call back from a scheduler in the office before long, and Bob Wilson came out to look at my property and give me an estimate later that same day. A very nice guy. He was able to schedule the crew to come out and do the work the very next morning. They showed up right when he said they would. The total bill came out to less than the estimated amount. I received a follow-up phone call the next day from someone in the office to make sure everything had been satisfactory, which it was. Later that next day, Bob himself dropped by unexpectedly in the middle of the nor'easter, snow blowing all over the place, to offer to give me a hand putting a tarp on the roof where the trees had crashed down on it.
