I recently packed four pieces of my grandmothers pottery (in separate boxes with padding) and it all arrived totally intact after a 14 hour flight. AWAY luggage has proven itself to be super dependable, durable and trustworthy. Rolls beautifully, handles still go up and down smoothly, zippers and fasteners still work perfectly, and yes the exterior attracts scuff marks, but to me that's a badge of travel honor. Still won't set foot in that store ever again, but this company gets a lot of credit for a great product! Worth every penny and then some.

I get an email confirming the order at that time. Next day I receive an email that one item is not in stock but they will send the other item. I request this three times with their customer service (the name customer service with Orvis is a lie, no service) but they want help me. Don't shop at Orvis as this is the 2nd time with Orvis this has happed in the last couple of years. No more Orvis, period.
