My husband brought our Sears Craftman & Snapper lawnmower to Sam's Small Engine & Repair. After 8 months & several phone calls, my husband told them it had been long enough. The gentleman he spoke with said it had rained & the tickets were hard to read. So he went up to the shop & identified our lawnmowers. The Craftsman's seat was left up & when my husband laid it down, the seat was split (due to rain). When my husband asked about it, they said "that happens when lawnmowers sit outside". Our Snapper had the grass shoot broken off. Of course we can't prove it because we didn't take any pictures before he dropped it off. Now I know parts are hard to find due to COVID but in this case, it was a case of crappie work. I would not recommend taking your lawnmower yo Sam's Small Engine & Repair, nor will we ever be back. read more
