It took around two weeks for this work to be completed because they had to order the zipper. The zipper they replaced it with is yellow, not even close to the color of the jacket. The stitching is sloppy and the lines on the jacket are all crooked now. This work costed $45, and my jacket is now in even worse condition. If you really care about an item of clothing you own, don't bring it here

I was told to come back the next day and they would be done. I picked them up and then departed on a business trip. While ironing my pants on the trip, I noticed the hem had simply been folded under and stitched. The surged edge of the material is still in tact and untouched. The excess material had not been trimmed and the seam could be seen on the outside of the pants when ironed. I could have hemmed the pants in this fashion myself. I have taken clothes here before and received better quality work than this and service that was on time. Plus, it was not inexpensive to have two pair of pants hemmed (approx. $25 per pair of pants). I will think twice before taking any other items back here for alterations if this is the turnaround and quality of work to be expected for the amount of money paid for this service.

Then we found Tailoring by Renoj and decided to build a custom suit from scratch with him. He spent the better part of an hour and a half answering questions, taking exact measurements and explaining the entire process to us. He even sewed in my son's initials inside the suit jacket and sleeves of his custom dress shirt. You can tell that every stitch that he made, he did it with pride and expertise because this suit is TOP NOTCH. The turnaround time was impressive as well. On top of everything that I have already mentioned, the pricing was not far off from a chain store and in my humble opinion we got so much more going to him, so we were happy to pay just a tad more than if we had gone to a warehouse. Honestly, the quality and customer service that he gave to us is hard to find these days, so paying a tad more (and I mean a tad) made it well worth it to us. My son felt confident going to the ASME Career Fair this past week in his new suit. We WILL be going back for more shirts and possibly another suit one day. This service actually deserves negative stars. We have been using this cleaners for almost 2 years…read moreand have only had a couple of minor issues until this past week thru today. I took in 2 pink jackets that were brand new and when we picked them up, there were spots and splotches all over them. We gave them a chance to correct the problem. My husband picked up the jackets and brought them home so I could look at them. The jackets both still had spots and discolorations all over. The very angry manager or whoever sits at the embroidery machine said she would call us the following day after talking to her manager. She never called, even after we left messages for her. We went back today and she said the jackets were fixed and ready to go. I inspected them and they were wrinkled, had places where the fabric was puckering, and had shrunken. When I asked why the fabric was like this she said because they were cheap and shouldn't be dry cleaned, which was a lie. She then said, You will never be happy, how much were they? I handed her my receipts and she wrote me a check. Needless to say, we are never taking clothes there again. As we drove away, she had an employee walk my jackets to a dumpster, I guess because she thought it would make me mad. It didn't. She must be an angry elf and even more miserable person.
