I got such great service here from a gal named Felicia that I had to give her and Sam's a great rating!!! I came to return a amazon package here. The way the return was set up wasn't set up to how Sam's handles amazon returns. I feel like most places would've told me I'd have to go elsewhere. But Felicia took the time and showed me how to cancel my return and do the return again to where Sam's was able to take my package. She demonstrated great customer service, had patience while i was trying to navigate my amazon act, and was extremely friendly!!! I'd give more stars if I could. I never noticed this store before, but I was needing to mail a package after work one day and the neighborhood post office closes at 5. I looked on Yelp and found Sam's. And Yay, it's not far from work or home! So at first I thought it was rather weird that I had to fill out a form to mail a small package, but oh well, I did it. It was just my address and phone as well as the recipient's. So I got my package out, which made me happy. It was rather heavy, but just $10-. The guy behind the counter was super nice and provided great service. I stopped in today after work to mail a large envelope. Score! This time less than $5- and it's on its way. I had the same guy wait on me today, and he was just as nice and helpful as he was the other day. Glad I found a mail stop that's so convenient for me! read more

Up until recently I loved coming here. Extremely quick, Convenient and you'd be in quicker then the post office. I've never dealt with the older gentleman or the younger guy but today's visit wasnt like the ones I've had before. The lady I usually deal with was nice and said hi but the two guys were rude and short. Especially when I had questions about their "new" policies asking what's in the package. Not only is that a violation of privacy but I feel like it's a bit out of the ordinary. The younger guys had said "well the post office will make you do it too." Since then I've gone to the post office and used them instead just to find out that they don't ask that, nor will they any time soon. To add to that I was paying three dollars more for flat rate boxes then what they usually charge at USPS. It's worth the time waiting at the post office for the sack of privacy and a few dollars. read more

I've rented mailboxes from them on two different occasions and had a document notarized once. The employees there are some of the friendliest you'll ever meet. Their prices are very reasonable. I chose them over getting a PO box at the post office and do not regret it. The only downside is that this place is very "old school" - no online payment methods and no automatic notification of when you receive mail. Those are two things I miss about having a PO box, but otherwise I can't complain. I'm happy to support a small business. read more

Sam's was very helpful during my 3000 Mile relocation to Fresno. It was great to have a place with a mailbox I can ship my belongings to and pick up when I physically moved here. Great service then, that was several years ago, and it is still the same great service today! I would highly recommend this place over UPS or the post office. The staff knows the regular customers, most of the time, I don't even have the staff my mail box number to pick up the occasional package, somehow they just remember it when they see me....how they remember me and my mailbox number?? one of life's great mysteries. read more

Great place! Amazing staff. Happened to buy something at the mall and needed to ship it out. Saw Sam's nearby and stopped in. The staff was awesome. They found me the best rate and even packaged it up for me. They had it shipped back to them - to ensure that it'd arrive safely and in a short amount of time, which it did. I've been referring everyone here. My MIL sold a large item on eBay and they helped her ship it. There were issues with UPS and the staff at Sam's helped her file the insurance claim. They seriously go above and beyond in everything they do. I highly recommend them! read more

Sam's has terrible customer service. They gouge you and withhold mail, should you have a dispute at the end of a long term contract. The "manager" laughs when you speak to her about an issue. And they will throw out your mail and packages as opposed to addressing a problem. read more

The last time I went, I had to ship out a package that was 40+ pounds, and they were able to help me out with a reasonable shipping fee. I've been using their services for years. At first, it was great. The staff was friendly, they gave good service, they have reasonable prices, and it is centrally located. They would routinely make some sloppy mistakes, like putting the mail from previous two tenants in my box, put someone else's mail in my box, and even forgot to change the primary name and mailing address on the account, but the service had been pretty good overall. That all changed this last week. I thought that my account was always due in August and February, as the box was opened when I took over this position in August years ago. As it turns out it was the end of July which means that the invoice goes out on 7/1. I have always made it a point to pay it as soon as I received it. I did not receive one until just the other day. I mentioned that I needed to pay my bill and that apparently it was due last month. The person immediately went and told another person, presumably a higher up. I said that I did not receive a notice until this one, which was after the due date. There was a second note in my box that reads, "going forward, we will be enforcing the late payment fee of $10.00 each month if payment is not received within 14 days past your due date." "Going forward" sounds like a new policy to me. She insisted that she personally put the notice in my box on 7/1. I have come in several times since then, but there was no bill until now. I am the only one that checks this box. I asked if she could waive it and she said that she would not and then she proceeded to get argumentative and rude. Without getting into specifics, she argued with me in front of others, insulted me with snarky comments, and gave me the worst customer service that I have had in a really long time. I renewed my contract for 6 months because it is a business address and is going to take some time to transfer accounts. I told her that I would tell all of my friends about- when I was interrupted with "what, that you didn't pay your bill? Go ahead!" No, I plan to tell everyone that they're rude and sloppy. In the end, it's my word against her's, but I think it's a bad business practice, especially to treat a long-time customer so rudely. They do have a track record of putting mail in the wrong boxes, but I guess she is infallible. What's interesting is that the supposed "late" invoice that was in my box did not include the late fee. It was only the other notice that communicated that information. To me, a long time loyal customer is worth a lot more that $10, but apparently she disagreed. I am moving my box as a matter a principal and I recommend that you do not go there. read more

Cheap postal boxes and they are very friendly. They ship FedEx, USPS, and UPS. You can buy stamps, boxes, bubble wrap, and even wrapping paper for packages. They also have tracking if you need it. This place even has a notary service but I have never used it. If you don't want long lines this is the place to be. read more
