I was shocked by the price of an oil change (it was higher than Jiffy Lube and Midas) but the price for brakes was less than what I have paid in the past at other auto shops. I'm still in sticker shock of the oil change but the upside is that I'm a 5K mile change instead of a 3K mile change due to the limited driving (car is 11 years old with 93K miles). I have an appointment to replace my car brakes which barely based the annual inspection so at the time of this review, my car is with the shop awaiting for repairs.

Instead, there are buttons on the steering wheel. After 8 months I never got used to the buttons, especially on a traffic circle. I found aftermarket stalks and bought them. Turns out the steering wheel and airbag have to be removed to do the installation and I was not up to that with either skills or tools. I worked for hours to find someone to install them. Tesla would not and most places would not touch the job or if they did wanted a fortune to do the work. Marc was great in explaining everything and setting me up with an appointment. The place has a great vibe. They set me up with WiFi and the music they play is great. I highly recommend Imagine Audio as my go-to place for anything involving the dashboard.

All of the dirt had been washed and buffed out of the exterior and a nice fresh coat of wax was applied for a nice smooth polished finish. But the real difference maker was the interior. My dust caked dash and door compartments are now practically sparkling, my floormats, which had previously been stained nearly black are back to their original tan color, and the leather on the seats and consoles seems almost brand new! On top of how great my car looks, working with Harrison was a breeze. He's a super friendly guy and makes the whole process as easy as possible on the customer. Even when it was taking them a bit longer than originally estimated, he texted me to let me know that there would be some delay and gave me an estimated time that I should be able to come pick up my car. Furthermore, you can tell that he's really passionate about his work and cares a lot about each and every car that comes in there. It's easy to imagine that one would care more about the luxury or high-value cars that come in more than others, but I could tell that he cared about my 2002 Toyota just as much as any car that was placed in his care. Recently my car was hitting bumps really hard and I took the car in to get looked at. I told them that I think its the rear struts but they insisted it was the tires so I replaced all the tires at their recommendation. After replacing the tires I thought the car was fine for a while until I got on the highway and heard a loud humming sound. I took the car back in to get looked at and they tell me that the sound is coming from the tires wearing uneven. Now im getting angry because I just replaced all the tires. He tells me that I have to REPLACE THE STRUTS AND SHOCKS to resolve it. I assumed that the new tires woul be covered by them for misdiagnosing the car in the first place. He tells me no the tires are not covered and on top of that they want another 243.00 just to flip my DAMAGED TIRES to make an attempt at reucing the tire damage. UNBELIEVABLE!! So not only do i have to buy shocks and struts that i suspected was the issue in the first place I have to pay for them to try and reduce the tire damage on my new tires. Needless to say I wont be going back but I hope this review helps others. I see there is another review of them doing the same thing to someone else. Damaged their engine and didnt take responsibility. They wanted to bill the customer for more work.
