At no point did Ryan come off as impatient or made me feel like he was rushing. He completed the fix quickly, but was very thorough in his work (something that comes with experience, practice, and being confident in the work). There were some places in the home where the lights weren't working (basement, garage and spotty service in the back yard). Peter and his team were phenomenal. Peter came out on a Saturday to take a look at everything. Because my electrical panel is in the basement of the home (and I think it was the original panel too), Peter showed me where some water had gotten into the panel, causing rust. He recommended updating the panel altogether and putting a weather seal around the panel (both from inside and outside the house). Peter was very understanding in allowing me to take a beat to do my research and consider the investment, since it was a larger one. Aurora Electric/AA Electric Contractors are A+ rated via the BBB, and the reviews here on Yelp and Google were helpful in building confidence. After doing my research, I was able to feel like I was making a solid investment. The quote was reasonable - especially considering the lifetime of the seal/panel is roughly 50 years. Peter's team was accommodating with my schedule and came out to do the work on a Saturday. The guys were so kind and Peter stopped by during and after the work wrapped up to check on everything, which really shows how committed Aurora Electric/AA Electric Contractors are.
