The sales associate sold me on an additional "buffed on" screen protector that would prevent my phone from cracking again, which cost almost 100$. He said that if i bought it i would have a year warranty. A few months later my screen cracked again and I called the store. They refused to honor the warranty, and stated that I should have activated the warranty online the day I purchased it. This was never relayed to me by the sales associate. So now I am out hundreds of dollars. Avoid this store at all costs.
