He…read morecreates websites that are way below average, using a free website maker, and charges $150 a year. You don't even get a premium domain like "www.businessname.com". Since its the free version of the website maker, you are left with "businessname.webstarts.com". You are better off making one at home in 30 minutes. I also saw some spelling mistakes on our website, and I went to the sites of other businesses he works for and saw that they also had tons of errors or inconsistent formatting, so that tells you a lot about the quality of his work. Secondly, he also helped create the Google Maps page for the business under the previous owner, using his own Google Account. We are no longer under that person's ownership, and so we wanted to cancel these services. I was unaware that he was even charging for the Google Maps page because that's something that the business should be running. But anyway, he threatened to delete the Maps listing because we did not want to pay $150 a year to keep his services. The guy was basically holding it ransom, and if we did not pay, the whole Maps listing along with all of the reviews and pictures posted over the past 5+ years was gonna be gone. We weren't having it so we verified with Google and were able to claim the business so we are fine now. Oh yeah, final thing. He got angry that we took back the listing, and so he left two bogus 1-star, negative reviews on our business using his account and a second account that I am pretty sure is him (or one of his friends). Basically, do not do business with this guy.
