While looking for the items I came to purchase Michelle came from the back stating I look confused or startled. I brushed it off continuing to look for my items. I grabbed the Lysol bottle and went to ask them was there any bottles that's smaller than the one I had in my hand. That's when I approached the both of them who is discussing how disgusted they are by me being in the store, that's when Isabel make the remark get out. I asked her was that pertaining to me she was startled. I put the Lysol bottle back where I picked it up from, and I did as such. Before I left I requested the store number that's when the manager asks. How can she help me and I requested the store number from her. Also requesting both associates names. I have been a Walgreens member for years after today, I will never step foot in that Walgreens again. Racism hasn't died, just changes it's face!

The store representatives were all kind and provided great service. My only complaint is that the asthma tubing for the nebulizer had wholes in them. They were used to hang them due to not hanging clips. I didn't feel like that was the most sanitary. But the products work great at an inexpensive price. Overall, I had a good experience.

It is now 24 hours later and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MEDICATION. I am a post-surgical patient and don't understand how it is so hard to fill 1 prescription. CVS pharmacy sucks. And, don't tell me it is still because of covid that they can't fill prescriptions very fast or that they are understaffed!! Shameful....

They are always stocking and refreshing shelves. There's always been baskets, wipes masks and sanitizer at the front entrance. Truly a breath of fresh air. Great job!

Complaint Regarding Auto Care Center Service - Marion, IL Walmart…read more I am writing to report an unacceptable experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Marion, Illinois involving two employees, Lilly and Kenny. I am a small teenage girl and was treated rudely, dismissively, and unprofessionally when I came in alone regarding a tire that blew out after only three months of use. I had purchased Walmart tires along with the Road Hazard Warranty, yet I was given multiple, conflicting explanations about what the warranty covered, none of which were clear or consistent. When I returned with my stepfather, the employees' attitudes immediately changed. They became polite and helpful, which made it clear that I was treated differently based on my age, size, and appearance. Other customers present were also confused by the explanations given about the warranty, and one customer even canceled their own warranty after witnessing how the situation was handled. I am not seeking anyone's termination. I am requesting that employees receive proper training on Walmart's warranty policies and customer service expectations. No customer should be treated differently or spoken to disrespectfully under any circumstances.
