They have a good deli. Their salads are fabulous and decently priced for their members. I always eat there when I go to Sam's, and sometimes go to Sam's just to eat there. I am only disappointed when the ice cream machine is down. read more

Went in yesterday and did the scan n go, my cards weren't going through, so I went to a cashier explained the situation and all she had to do is scan my membership and all my items would come up. She argued, saying it wouldn't said "You act like you work here." I told her to just scan my membership, and sure enough, some of my items came up. She said I could go to another regisister. Said no that she can finish and explained I did work for the company as a District Manager and Reginal Manager, and arguing wasn't going to be in her best interest. She changed her tune. Her cashier number is 2874. Never have I had bad service. I have a business account and have had one for over 10 years. If a manager reads this, the next time I come into the store and get bad service, your district manager and Reginal will be called. Unprofessional and rude, customer service needs to change. read more

No customer service No one helps, just brushed off to another person You can never speak to a manager Better off going to Aldis There you are greeted and stopped just to see if you can be helped. If you order home delivery make sure you have a week of food to last you , you might get your delivery in a week. They take no responsibility when you do not get your order the delivery is from a third party, advised to call corporate office, when you call corporate you get someone from out of state, then your put on hold for 34 minutes by a supervisor and he never comes back. As of today still no delivery but charges are pending on my card . despicable and unprofessional way to operate a business and treat customers. read more

I've always been a big fan of Sam's Club until today. My orders were not ready in the time frame I was given to pick up. When the first order FINALLY came out, the girl THREW my first order in my back seat. I walked into the store and asked to see a manager. After 20 minutes of waiting, I gave up on the manager appearing. After another half hour of waiting, the same girl brought out the second order and didn't even speak to us. I will do my shopping elsewhere due to the rudeness we had to deal with. So unless you want to wait an extra hour for your order, go elsewhere. Zero customer service, rudeness, and a basic feeling that no one gives a rip is all this Sam's has to offer. read more

Gas... $4.29/gallon. And this is Sam's club price. Ugh. Goad to be able to fill up before hitting the road but gosh.

Scan and Go is awesome! Haven't been a club member for a number of years. Found a deal to join again, so we did. The biggest issue I always had with Sam's Club were the lines to check out (even with self checkout). But...The their Scan and Go capability makes shopping there a pleasure. Scan the items on your phone as you go, then swipe to easily pay on your phone and show the resulting receipt at the door. No lines! Easy and fast! One disappointment: Icee's at the cafe are now sold only in small cups, and not the usual sized drink cups. A big frozen coke was always a nice treat upon leaving. Well I guess we can't have everything... read more

Since the pandemic changed everything and it's not as it was anywhere these people do a good job! I think you have to take into account the situation that people face there, both employees and shoppers. It's always busy, everyone is always in a hurry, impatient and think they have to be helped immediately, every business is understaffed and usually staff is overworked. That being said I have always been treated with kindness when being kind, I have shopped for my job sometimes 3 times a week and usually require special assistance in different departments, because I needed something extra and they always help me if at all possible. From the meat department to the stocking guys looking for extra burners for catering dishes because it showed a case on the computer but not the floor. The people in the frozen foods section joke with me and get me to laughing some days when I don't remember to smile and I mean sometimes I need the laugh desperately! I've been there and had frozen food help me get something in dry goods and I have seen the meat department guy helping everywhere always with a smile and greeting, the cashiers and front of store have taken harsh words and bad attitudes from people talking to them about things that they have no control over and kept going. Yes there are some slackers as there is everywhere, if you don't see an employee and you see someone that needs something then help them if you can because that's the way it used to be, does anyone remember that? If I see you and you need something from the shelf and you are struggling then I'm going to help, if I hear you say you need ____ and you don't see it I will tell you where I saw it. And if you help me I'm going to say thank you because we all used to do that. Thanks Sam's for pushing through a rough time in the world and having helpful people there everyday. They help me out so much! My only negative is sometimes I need gas before the pumps are open with the store and I wish they would open them at the pump 24/7 with a Sam's card, or Walmart+. If you look for negative things you will see negative but let's try smiling and finding positive ones too, the hard work that is done deserves acknowledgment too! read more

New management and communication. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Tried to bug a close out and no one at the register knew how to sell it to. Service desk couldn't either. They had no phone number to contact a manger nor was there one on site. Worst store in the company. read more

When we walked in Noone could find a cart, they were all outside. So my husband and others went back out and retrieved their own. what kind of nonsense is this you go to Sam's club on a Saturday the busiest day for shopping people are out shopping on their day off and there's only one register open never mind that there's self checkout I don't want to self check-out I want someone to check me out and they only have one register open every other register has a closed sign! Management needs to be aware of this and accommodate the Patrond needs. read more

Since Sams Club has restructured their membership plans, their prices have sky rocked for the lowest membership. For instance their Coke prices increased 14%, I can cet then at the old Sams prices at The Dollar General Store, WITHOUT a membership fee. I went to the customer service desk and asked about their increase and they said Coke forced them to increase the price. I doubt that is the case. Sam don't like the lower membership people because their volume buying is not as great. October, 2011 read more

Awesome gas prices!

Considering how bad the adjacent Wal-Mart is, Sam's is really clean and employees friendly. Don't go to the snack bar for a pretzel or you'll be disappointed. They seem to only have them every other time we visit. read more

As I get to the Jackson area, on a regular basis, my wife and I shop at Sam's. That said on July 2 we were in the store. What was surprising was the amount of various meats that were available to customers that were past the sell by date on the label. It was not just one but many different cuts of meat. My wife said "why do they have so much meat available that is expired and who would buy it". I replied "only people who do not read the labels". Everyone should read sell and use by dates in all stores, this is not the only store that does this. On another note Sam's is selling Members Mark nuts and no longer carry the Planters brand. I think their brand is lacking in taste and does not compare to Planters! All in all there are quality items that can be found there, just be aware of the story the labels tell. read more

Sam's has everything you would need.I wish they would bring back the frozen Teriyaki frozen chicken breast .I go at least once a week .

I will never buy tires from Sam's Club again. I reported how they did not install the tires properly (3-26-21)which can lead to a blow out. The very next day on Saturday (3-27-21), my wife was driving on the interstate and one of the tires blew out. One week later we are still waiting for a replacement tire. Tires are available at every Sam's in the Memphis area for immediate pickup and installation, but they cannot get us a tire. Sam's Club does not give a rip about you or your family. We have been without this car for a week and that is not acceptable. Visited the club on Tuesday 3-30-21 and they said the tire would be there on Thursday. Still waiting because they do not care. Where is my replacement tire????? Never again will I trust Sam's. read more

First let me say I'm a loyal Sam's Club shopper. I shop there at least once a week. So my husband wanted to purchase a watch for his mother for Christmas. So we stood in line at the jewelry counter for over an hour waiting to be helped. After about 35 minutes I went & found a manager & informed her there was a pretty long line at the jewelry department & we'd been waiting awhile & asked if they could send help over there (this was not the lady working at the jewelry dept fault she was doing the best she could & she even called for help once). She very rudely told me "No there won't be anyone here to help there for 15 minutes" okay well you are a manager & you're just standing here, aren't managers trained to work throughout the whole store, why can't you go help?" Her reply very rudely like I was disturbing her was "fine I'll be over there in a minute" well we waited about 30 more minutes at the jewelry counter & she never came nor did the person she said would be there in 15 minutes. We finally get our turn purchase the watch $499 WITH an extra service plan for $29.98 so if anything goes wrong they will repair it. Well we gave the gift to mother n law & it wouldn't work. So she took it back & asked them to look at it & see if they could fix it for her. They told her NO! We don't know anything about it, you can return it but that's your only option we can't help you! Are you kidding me?! Wtf? They would not even look to see if it was just the battery which the service plan also included! But nope no help. She took the watch to Little's jewelry in Jackson & they replaced the battery that was dead & the watch works fine! Thank you Little's! I will drive to Memphis from now on & go to Costco! I realize it's Christmas time & it's busy but this was just too much. From the rude manager to them telling her they couldn't help her even though she had a service plan & it was a simple battery change! Ridiculous! read more

Had problems with the Swann Security camera system. I purchased it prior to moving into my new home, so the contractor could easily run the wires. I have had to replace all 3 power support units and swann refused to warrant them, stating 12 months had expired, even when we could prove they failed within 12 months of when they were first turned on. No help from Sams. read more
