It was 4:30 am. We wanted a bathroom break first, then coffee. The men's room this morning had water on the counters, trash cans full and generally needing attention. "Red" button as I departed. Coffee was stocked though the attendant felt that now was the time to tidy and clean up. Okay, I worked around him and was able to get a large coffee creamered and through the ground-to-order machine. And then it went sideways. The young lady in front of me at the register was redeeming lottery tickets and the one young man was overwhelmed. As he continued trying to sort it out unsuccessfully, the line grew and grew. Now eight people waiting and for the first time ever, I abandoned the coffee. Maybe he's fine at keeping the store running when everything's good but he needs way more help with the lottery machine. Disappointing experience this morning. I'm not done with Love's - they're usually awesome - and I will eventually return to this one when I'm passing through Jackson. A waste of a remodel sad to say. Pumps are down daily. I live & work out of Jackson so I know this for sure. No control of the lot. Trucks blocking entrances & exits sure to cause an accident. Do not come here unless you have 30 minutes to spare just for the wait. read more

Always stopping at Love's for the dog park, and it's really great when they are clean. This one specifically had a very large dog park, doggie bags and a trash. Bathrooms were clean too. good place to work on your car in the untimely event of a breakdown like I had with my Hummer! Lol lyft and parts stores nearby. clean bathrooms but its under renovation at the moment so be kind! they do have a dog yard for your fur babies to left off some steam! read more

I stopped by this gas station for a quick fill-up and a restroom break. Generally I try to stop at Love's because their restrooms are generally clean. These, however, were definitely subpar. The men's restroom was a trailer outside, which wasn't very clean. The women's restroom had just a few stalls and wasn't all that clean either. read more

We usually stop at this location to fill up, grab snacks, go to the bathroom, and stretch our legs for a little bit. The isles usually are fully stocked. The restrooms are usually clean. They always have a decent selection of warm snacks: hot finger foods, for example. It's usually easy to get in and out of this location to get back on the road so that's the main reason why we stop here. Plus the gas is usually at a decent price. read more

Shower was big and clean, HOWEVER the water started out at a good temperature and then it got cold before I was done washing the soap off of my body. Then if that wasn't bad enough, I went to do laundry and was very disappointed. The laundry room was super small & dirty. Only one of washers in there worked. The other was out of order and the dryer had to be tampered with for a few mins before it started working properly. So by all means, if you don't have to stop here, I advise you to keep trucking. read more

Driving from Texas through TN with three dogs and always looking for a good place to stop with them. The fenced dog park was great with plenty of room to play a quick game of fetch. Very nice place we will stop again on our way home. read more

This is a really good truck stop. The pumps were modern and clean, and they had a large , well-stocked market with clean bathrooms. There is a Hardee's attached as well as a fenced-in dog park. I can highly recommend this place. read more

There's nothing like a Love's when you're making a 24 hour drive. On the interstate, there's nothing a relaxing a finding a Love's! Especially one with a dog park! This location has a dog park! Love's generally has good food, good service, a safe environment, and places for dogs to rest as well. On this road trip Texas to Maryland we stopped about about 10 Love's on the interstate. We stopped at Love's Travel for first time in Jackson TN. Needless to say it will be our last. The cashier Sundi was really rude to us. We made a mistake and got the wrong cups for our drink. It was a simple mistake. Once we discovered the error, we got the correct cups. We threw the cups in the garbage, I can't imagine anyone wanting to use USED cups. She charged our bill additional $4.50 for the cups. I am sure the owner did not pay this amount for those cups. What did the cashier have to gain. Will she get an fat bonus. read more

While traveling I prefer to stop at Love's. This was another good one. The restrooms are clean, the prices on snacks and drinks are pretty good for a gas station. The price on gas was better than most of the others locally that we passed towards this exit. I did have a couple issues. The gas pump wouldn't accept my card. I ended up paying via NFC and Google Pay. Inside, the lady said "insert your card three times then swipe." No joke. And we had to do that. Why are the readers working like this? read more

I bought an item on a Friday, it broke by Sunday and tried to return it. They refused to look at my debit card or my transaction where I bought it. Just kept saying without the receipt it was impossible. It was the manager saying this. I utilize Love's during every long distance travel. I won't be using them again. read more

Very nice stop if you are traveling with your four legged friend. Love's has included a dog park that has soft green grass, picnic tables, and benches.
