This was the most disorganized lackluster drive-thru experience I've ever had. It was just awful, and as a result, I will not be returning to this location ever again. My care provider sent over my prescription for this location to fill as I arrived, and after a lengthy weight, I was told I could either come inside and wait or just come back in an hour to an hour and a half and pick it up then. I chose to return to the drive-through an hour and a half later and when I did, I was told "well just go back in line so that we can get it ready for you." I literally drive around the building to get in line, and proceed to wait another hour in line in order to receive my medicine. When I was finally about to receive medicine, the pharmacist asked questions about it, and then proceeded to bring up information from three years ago, asking about how that would interact with this medication. I asked her what was the date on that information to it she said "I don't know. It doesn't say." She proceeded to tell me that Walgreens had created a profile of me, one that I did not consent to, so that they could "assist me better." I don't know how outdated information assist me better, in fact, it sounds kind of dangerous and a violation of my privacy. I noted that I really don't wanna have this conversation with a loudspeaker so that everyone could find out what medicine I was on and the conditions that I have. But hey, they're building a profile of me without my consent knowledge so why would they care to broadcast my private medical data to everybody? In the end I paid for my medication. I told them I will never return to this Walgreen's location. Honestly, after this experience, I may never fill a prescription at Walgreen's ever again. read more

I have not been to this Walgreens in a very long time. Particularly due to it's not close by my house. But for some reason my doctor office called my prescription into this location. Well I believe some things are just meant to be. Yes they were super busy, yes the line was long. But I received excellent customer service. The young man that waited on me was named Reese. As I stood in line I watched how courteous he was not only to me when my turn but to each and every customer. Even the ones that were complaining he was very apologetic for the wait time. Great customer service means everything! When it was my turn he didn't have the answer to a question I asked him but he went and got the answer which a young lady named Ali helped him. She was very kind and nice as well. It was worth the drive and the wait to receive such great customer service. Reese and Ali thank you again for such a pleasant experience!! I would have given no stars if possible. I placed an online order. Got text that order was ready for pickup. When I went to pick up my order I was told Doordash had already picked up my order. I had not authorized anyone else to pick up my order. Instead of giving me my order and dealing with Doordash I had to wait to see if it was delivered to me. When I didn't receive my order I had to go through corporate to get refund and still had to get back out to go somewhere else to get products. No offer to deliver. Will not do business with Walgreen again. read more

We had to use this pharmacy right after my hysterectomy because everything else was closed. We had been up since 4:00 a.m. and at 7:00 p.m. they told us it would be an hour and a half before they could get it filled. We checked after an hour and we're told it would be ready at 8:30. Came back at 8:30 and we were told it still wasn't ready. My husband tried to explain that I had just had surgery and we still had an hour to drive home. She, hatefully, told my husband that we would just have to be patient they had had an influx of prescriptions and were doing the best they could. She told him to turn on his text notifications instead of coming back to check. Another 30 minutes later, he went inside to get the medicine and overheard the pharmacist and woman from the window talking about him. They even said it wasn't surprising that he was upset. "You know how those (name of our town) people are. Ridiculous." You don't know what people are going through and to talk about a customer like that is completely unacceptable. The level of rudeness on their part was "ridiculous". We will not be using Walgreens again. read more

After rushing here to be with my dying Mother, I realized I left my blood pressure medication behind. I thought I would be fine for a few days but started to feel badly. So, I went to my friendly 24hr Walgreens and had my blood pressure checked by a wonderful Pharmacist name Dave. He was so kind to me during my time of need. Four stars for: - being the only 24 hour drug store for miles around for years - being completely newly built in the last 5 years - lots of great seasonal items (they have the best selection of Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, thanksgiving Day, Mother's/Father's Day items I'm aware of in the city) - great sale prices - incredible convenience - a great rewards program What I find annoying: - a way too busy pharmacy - pharmacy techs who are so busy they have a hard time getting everything right - an automated pharmacy refill line that didn't work the last time I tried to use it. Maybe the aforementioned annoyances would be enough for you to knock them lower. I get most of my prescriptions at the hospital Walgreens to keep the speed and convenience to a higher standard. read more

There's usually a line out the door for the pharmacy and now I know why I got there and was pleased to find I was the only one in line I stood there for ten minutes while the two employees at the windows stood there obliviously and talked about their baby daddies. Finally they called me over, I was on my hour lunch break and you better believe picking up one prescription took every second of that one hour. They have no respect for their customers. If you can manage to go to ANY other pharmacy in Jackson I suggest you do so, unless you're ready to give up a few hours for a simple errand. read more

I am on palliative care and the pharmacist it's at this location refuses to see common sense she declines to follow the manufacturers dispensing guidelines and fictitiously determines prescribing guidelines citing non existent company guidelines. The corporate offices adamantly disagree with her determination but she refuses to dispense to my specialists instructions. Extremely unprofessional behavior from a supposed medical team member. I fill this Rex here for financial reasons, however if she can't be dealt with by her higher-ups I'll be forced to go elsewhere and pay more. Since undergoing my recent extreme health issues I do have to watch every dollar, but I can not continue to go without treatment just because she refuses to acknowledge manufacturers guidelines and physicians directions. Truly a shame as Walgreens has always been such a high quality provider. Would strongly suggest using another location till there pharmacists get a better education on customer service and professionalisim read more

I too have always used this Walgreens but after today i will never go back in there, i will happily go right across the street to CVS!!! The staff here at this walgreens were too rude for my taste! read more
