my last trip to the Monfort Heights store nasty. The cold cases were a shambles..empty cartons piled on top of empty cartons. Others were strewn on the floor in front of the cases. Those giant cardboard containers empty on skids blocking the isles. On to the food court. Tables were a disgrace. We picked the cleanest and had to wipe it off. DO NOT go to their tire center for new tires! We took our car there to have 4 new tires placed. They couldn't get one tire off. One employee was working hard, another just leaning and commenting on how it's not going to work. Equipment wasn't working properly, broken and rigged together and was obviously poorly managed. My husband even tried to help them, it was so bad. We left it overnight in hopes the morning team would be successful. They got the tire off but could only get two new ones on. We asked for a refund and now have to go back to pickup the car. Two separate trips and 2 total hours driving time for nothing but a headache. Picking up the car they can't find my key fob. A total hassle and waste of time. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

Sam's Club is always a great place to go to buy your groceries in bulk. They best oart about is the fact that it's name brand items in bulk and not just your usual generic things. I like this because i always say what's the use of saving money at the expense of your dignity and pride. But i must say one of my biggest gripes about Sam's, is the lines that always greet you at checkout. Sometimes you can't even see the cashier or the scanner because of how long the lines are. But fear not i have found the secrets to getting in and out of Sam's quickly and and with no fuss. Tips for making your visit a success: 1) Curbside Pickup. It makes all the difference. If you know what you need and you want to be in and out, then this is the option for you. But if you want to go inside spend hours walking the establishment and standing in lines, then this is not for you. For me the only downside to curbside pickup is no samples, and i love the Sam's Club samples. 2) Get your gas while at Sam's. It is usually cheaper here and definitely faster if you have the app. If like shopping in bulk but don't like spending all day here, take my tips to heart. read more

BUMMER. Living in the Mason area, I'm still pretty bummed they close the Sam's Club near me, so every time we are in a different part of town, we look to see which Sam's club locations are nearby. I checked out the location in North Bend on a Sunday late afternoon. I was really discouraged to see how dirty this facility was. I'm not quite sure if the day was extremely crazy, and that is what it looks like near closing? Not sure. Tons of toilet paper and dirty toilets in the bathrooms and lots of trash on the floor in the food area. We could not even get through some of the aisles, as things were blocking the aisles. We love Sam's Club, and we want the locations to continue to stay open in the Cincinnati area--so please, let's keep it clean and classy! Love the prices, and love the inventory. Also, I use the scan and go app every time I enter a location; However, the past 2 to 3 times I have been to Sam's, the App will not allow me to use it. I have updated and re-downloaded, as well as asked staff members at Sam's. Unfortunately, it will not work on my new iPhone. Hoping the bugs get fixed!! read more

They are decently competitive with their pricing though there are other places that beat them still. They have a good return policy, and as long as you have your receipt you shouldn't have a problem. I have been member of Sam's Club for over 20 years and have not received such an awful service as I have at Sam's club on Bend road Cincinnati! Placed an order to be delivered to my Son who is attending UC, it was supposed to be delivered Thursday 11/30 after calling the 800 number I was assured it was going to be delivered by the end of the day, no such luck! Called the club and after waiting for more than 30 minutes on the Phone I was told by Andrew that they are having trouble by their 3rd party transportation and assured me that the order will be delivered today between 12-2, again no delivery. called the club and was disconnected after waiting on hold for 36 minutes. Called Sam's club 800 number I was put on hold for 27 minutes and was disconnected again! They should get out of same day delivery service when they can not manage! read more

Do not I repeat do not use Sam's pharmacy on North Bend Rd!!!!! I was overcharged for a prescription Tuesday for my dogs seizures medication. The same medication that I have filled from different pharmacies for less than half of what Sam's Club charged. The Pharmacist Greg was very indifferent. I got his attention when I mentioned writing a review of my experience. When I questioned the price difference he made reference to the price of GAS... also he was not truthful about calling another pharmacy for a price verification. The parking lot. The car you need to get your stuff home. The general level of annoyance. The people. You get the picture. I seldom go here. It's great in a pinch when you need 50 individual packets of Frito's or enough toilet paper to last you seven winters, enough cat litter that you won't have to change the box ever again. When you see the sample cups all over the parking lot, you know it's the weekend and you should just turn around and leave as quickly as possible. I walked into the store alongside quite a few people. There was no one checking cards at the door that I could see. Maybe, someone read the review where checking cards was silly and they took the advice. The store has a layout similar to most Sam's Club. Since they re-arranged stores a few years ago, it's easier to navigate the stores. If in doubt, you can always use the map within the Sam's Club app to locate areas. I'm not sure whether it was too busy or no one cared, but the rest room needed attention--like yesterday. The pizza looked as though it had been sitting since yesterday. They had lines nearly as long as those at Kings Island. It was busy, in every aisle. I wonder if it's like that on a weekday. As with any Sam's Club, Visa is not accepted, although you can renew your membership with it ($45 now), or buy through the web site with Visa. read more

No delivery took me almost an hour and a half to finally get in touch with somebody at Sam's on North Bend Rd. and by that time I was getting frustrated finally got confirmation that there was a mixup with the deliveries. One of the drivers was in an accident and they were trying to get somebody else to come pick the order up. Wait, wait wait it still no order Finally called back again after being on the phone for another 1520 minutes for somebody to finally pick up another 10 minutes to finally get in touch with a manager just to get the delivery rescheduled for today Thursday, December 1 between 4 and 6 PM still no delivery called was on hold waited for somebody to pick up took me almost an hour to finally get in touch with somebody and then come to find out that they're still having a mixup with their driversso unfortunately, no delivery order tonight or tomorrow. I am highly upset and no communication to tell me otherwise except for me calling and having to stay on the phone forever in a day to talk to a live body pretty irritated with Sam's Club right now. read more

I'm not sure why I ever shopped here. To be fair, I long ago changed my mega-chain buying ways to be more supportive of locally owned businesses. Still, from time to time, I find myself coming back because a job/work/school entity insists that purchases must come from here. This review is NOT about my distaste of chain stores. No, this review is about my dislike of bad customer service, long lines, and poor management. I have stopped by this place 3 times in the past four months. Each time, I found the same indifferent lady supposedly managing the place. And those working for her? Well, they act like they have lost their will to live. Need an electronic item? This manager will personally leave you standing there so she can gab to her acquaintances , act like you spit on her when you try to buy one, make you wait some more, then bring you the wrong item. Do you actually expect her to get you the right item instead? Watch as she rolls her eyes, tells you it will be a minute and returns to socializing with her acquaintances, expecting you to wait another 5-10 minutes. I didn't-I walked out. Well, perhaps she was just having a bad day you say? In each subsequent visit, I have watched this same manager show general contempt toward her customers. She does not discriminate-she treats everyone badly. Earlier this week, I stood in line for 15 minutes while the employee stared blankly at the registered as he tried to enter someone's member number & the register wouldn't take it. He tried. Again, and again, and again for fifteen straight minutes. Customers asked, no BEGGED this manager to help the employee so they could leave. The manager's response? Curtly, replying "He's doing fine, you need to be more patient." Then she walks off to go to try and close up more registers to add to his line. The pile of abandoned goods left by former customers on the checkout next to his grew immensely thereafter. I now have a new policy. If your job/workplace/school requires me to go to this Sam's Club, find someone else or fire me. I'm not going. read more

Overall, this place has some great prices on bulk items. That being said, I can't tell you how long you will have to wait in the checkout line while the person in front of you digs for their checkbook (really? Use a credit card) or "discovers" that their membership has expired, etc. I also think it's really dumb that you are required to flash your card on the way in. I do see the point of checking your receipt on the way out but, it can be annoying if there is a long line of people ahead of you. Sam's has some of the cheapest prices on produce. Don't forget that their gas prices are often much lower than most gas stations. read more

Worst pharmacy in cincinnati! Had to order chemotheraphy drug and the pharmacy quoted a price of $54 for 10 pills. They quoted this price to the doctor, a man that worked in the Dr's office and myself twice. They were all separate calls. When I went to pick up the meds they suddenly said the price was almost $300. This was on Christmas eve....no less. DEFINITELY taking advantage of someone dying. It started as normal day at my local Sams club...I walked past the bakery expecting to smell the fresh pastries made that day but was unexpectedly met with the pungent odor of human waste. To my horror, I looked around and realized that the bakery is not-so-strategically placed next to the public restroom. I brushed this experience off as a one time thing. However, I now avoid the restroom at ALL COST. Every time I have had the misfortune of using the facilities, if the stench wasn't enough to repel me... the sights sure were. Upon entering the restroom, I weigh my options, would I rather risk stepping in poo? Sitting in other human fluids? or use a clogged toilet? None of these options are great but there is never any alternative. I am dissatisfied with the cleanliness of this establishments restroom...if they can not keep the bathrooms clean...I wonder what else might be unsavory in this club.As someone who pays a yearly fee for a membership I expect above average sanitation.
