Worst experience ever, I would not recommend this Orthodontist office to anyone. Very unprofessional and money hungry. The office did not do a good job on my son's braces and when I went to the office to get assistance, Samra wants to charge me more money to put him back in braces even though I already paid over $4k for the initial braces, then there is the endless customer blaming. No accountability at all from Samra Orthodontics..... ZERO. If you want to be ripped off and receive crappy service then this office is for you. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never agian!!! read more

I was referred here from Dr. Bhangu's office and couldn't be happier about this place. I had been wanting braces for a long time and finally got the ball rolling. From checking in to leaving was flawless! They had a cute sign out front greeting the new patients, which I thought was pretty neat! The front office ladies are very nice. Harveet took me in, had pictures taken of my teeth, as well as X-rays. She explained every step which I truly appreciate! Stephanie & Dr. Samra took over and went over the pictures and X-rays of my teeth and basically what course of treatment he recommends. I'm so happy with my first experience and so excited to have my braces put on! If you're looking for an orthodontist, look no further. Dr. Samra is your guy! read more

Quick and easy. Went there for consultation for my daughter's braces, they took x-ray then Dr. Samra sat down with us told us the plan and cost. Everything went so well. Fast and easy, the office ladies are nice and friendly. I find it also cute that they put this board outside to welcome new patients. read more

I was referred to this office by my boyfriend and I couldn't be happier with how my treatment is going. I'm currently on tray 16 of my Invisalign and it's crazy how much my teeth have changed in such a relatively short amount of time. At first I didn't notice the changes since they happen so gradually but I could definitely feel them when I flossed. Now, I'm at the point where I can see the changes as well. I've thought about braces for a long time and finally did it once my boyfriend told me about how great of an experience he had here. I am someone that has a lot of dental anxiety and puts things off. As an adult, I personally didn't want to wear traditional braces and am so thankful that Dr Samra's team approved Invisalign for me. Everything has been going really well. Invisalign requires a lot of personal accountability, you won't have results unless you wear your aligners. It is a little painful when you first change your aligners but it's best if you move onto the next tray just before you go to bed. It feels more uncomfortable than it does painful, but it goes away after the first day mostly. Every visit at this office is fast, I'm immediately checked in and get taken back. I've also only had to come back to the office a few times over the last four months. Everyone here is very kind and efficient, they value your time and make sure you're having the best experience. Dr. Samra does great explaining your treatment and making sure you are informed about all steps of your care. There's a lot of parking and it's not hard to get to. I highly recommend this office!! read more

Went in for a consult for my son, and Samra did not even come in to sit with us during the consultation process to go over an ortho plan for my son. We just dealt with the office assistant giving us a print out of figures for cost and duration of plan. What a terrible business. Clearly he doesn't need more business. I would never recommend anyone to this ortho practice. Our family dentist doesn't even refer his patients to Samra orthodontics, now I know why!!! Would give 0 stars if I could! Please see Dr. Parker at Brookside Orthodontics for any orthodontic needs! read more

It's been a struggle ever since for me as a single working mom with only 1 day off during weekdays to get appointment for my daughters' brace adjustments and Friday is not an option since the doctor is not in-house . I started coming here when it was Low orthodontics, then Samra-Low Orthodontics and like an "old timer" I've been able to observe the changes and see this place bloom into Samra Orthodontics, which has been neat. I spent my early 30's and late 30's with a mouth-full-of-metal AKA "braces". I've done Two rounds of non-bling-grills, but actual metal braces, brackets and wires. I had a personal health situation where I needed the braces out during the 1st round. This wasn't a desirable choice to make at my age, however it was much needed.... For the record and if I HAD to do it again for a 3rd time, which I doubt I would have to, with proper care. I would in an instant choose to come here to Samra orthodontics again. Staffing: Every time I entered I was gently greeted with a smile from the front desk ladies and asked for check in info. Many of the staff are polite and at the minimum, neutral with a smile. When there is new staff working on you, I really like how a seasoned staff, is around to "oversee" and step in to assess and assist which is a comforting form of quality control. I've always felt open to address any concerns about my teeth progress etc. Oh by the way Lisa simply Rocks because she does, she is compassionate, caring and has quality care built in her finger tips. Leslie is such a "crack up" and is always fun to chit chat with. Thanks for making mid-life braces do-able!! I am happy with my teeth they are looking good, which helps to build me up a bit more! I must say that Dr. Samra and his staff are a great team!!! During a serious health crisis I HAD to take out my braces during my 1st time. I remember when his office sent me a "feel better soon" card and enclosed it with a card to Amazon. The card included signatures and some staff even wrote little messages to uplift me, this was human kindness in action. This has been my experience. Check them out if you find yourself in need of a mouth full of metal AKA braces! :) read more

Before I went to Samra Orthodontics my dentist told me they'd have to take a tooth out for my braces to work but thank God I came here instead. It's really been a great experience having my teeth straightened thanks to Dr. Samra and everyone who works here. It's an excellent business full of the kindest people you'll ever meet. I'm really grateful for you guys!! I enjoyed visiting every time!! I can assure anyone reading that there's no better place to begin your Invisalign journey!!! read more

Hands Down Best Orthodontist anyone could be recommended to go to!! Overall the whole experience was great! Definitely glad my son was referred to Samra Orthodontist!!! Doctor and Staff have great customer service read more

I am so glad I was able to officially complete my teeth treatment with Samra because I definitely had a vision for them and they delivered. I had braces as a child (at a different orthodontist) but then I broke my retainer, and by the time I was able to get to an orthodontist to get a new one, my teeth had shifted. Years later, I got Invisalign (at a different orthodontist) to recover the original form of my straightened teeth - but they shaved my teeth down and then closed the gaps! So I had been through a good amount of teeth trauma by the time I got to Samra. My goal was to bring my top teeth down a bit flatter then close all the gaps in my teeth, make sure my bite was correct, and manicure the teeth edges. I originally decided to go with Samra because their price seemed very fair, I enjoyed the office presentation and staff, and the patients that were in the office spoke extremely highly of their experience. As soon as I completed my initial consultation, I got a printout with all the information necessary and a discount. Even though I waited a month or so to book, they honored the original quote, and got me in immediately to get my braces on. The appointments were generally easy breezy, painless, straightforward, and I felt I could always tell them what I was seeing and experiencing, and they would help me manage the issue or adjust or explain my treatment to meet my requests. For example, I moved out of the area and ran out of rubber bands. Instead of removing my braces immediately, they allowed me to stock up on rubber bands and remain in treatment for another month so that I could feel confident that my teeth were fully in the right place before the brackets were removed. On the downside, it was kind of a debacle for me to get extra rubber bands. They didn't offer to mail me any, or help me figure out which orthodontist might have them near me. It was a stressful and frustrating week, as I was extremely busy with grad school, and I had hoped they would throw some in an envelope and call it a day. I didn't think they handled that well. Fast forward to the end of my treatment (it took about 1.5 years)- my gaps are closed, my teeth edges are smoothed, and my top teeth are not bucked. I have my first permanent retainer and while I do notice that my teeth do shift VERY quickly if I don't wear my retainers as much as humanly possible, I think that is just a personal thing. The plastic retainers for me that they offer I don't love, as I tend to grind my teeth at night and a year later they are already wearing out, but I WAS offered the option to get the traditional metal and plastic ones (the ones I had that I had broken after previous treatment!) - they were just a little pricey so I didn't get them. I also wish I had taken Samra up on their offer for their $100 whitening trays! I thought my dentist would offer them to me for cheaper but it turns out, you can't really beat that price! In any case, I look forward to future check ins and am very happy with my smile and the care all of the staff have showed. read more

I cannot give 5 stars. Heres why. The staff really try to keep parents out of the treatment area. This is a problem especially if you have a minor. Every single time they tell us parents we cannot go to the treatment area. Well, every effing time we went back with or minor daughter. Another thing that drops their score is the fact that the place is filthy, floors are always dirty. Parking sucks as well. Staff were professional when doctor Low was there but now professionalism is a stretch. We are glad to be done with Samra Orthodontics. read more

Staff was extremely friendly. My appointment started right on time. There was no wait. The girls working there were quick to do my x-rays and start working on me of what was needed. We love Samra Orthodontist. The staff is very informative and patient.

Samra was very helpful from the very first time I took my son in until his braces were removed. I never had any issues with him being seen in the 3 years he was under their care, they were always helpful and answered any questions we had. I had braces over a decade ago and my orthodontist is no longer practicing. When I recently had a simple and quick fix issue, I knew I would have to be established as a new patient and pay a pretty penny as I am not a current or former customer of Samra. A huge thank you to Samra Orthodontics. :) If you are looking for an orthodontist, I highly recommend this place. read more

I originally received my braces from Dr. Low between 2009-2011 and haven't been back since. I got a permanent lower retainer put in after removing my braces and have struggled to maintain a healthy dental routine, so I called the office with hopes of removing them. I found out that Dr. Lowe retired and has been taken over by Samra Orthodontics. I gave them a shot before I went searching anywhere else. They were able to take me in pretty quickly, and the office experience didn't disappoint! The ladies in charge of the front desk were very friendly, communicative, and professional. They took my temperature, spaced out the seating, and adhere to any other COVID-19 guidelines you could think of. Once I met with Dr. Samra, he was very friendly, honest, and approachable. He told me about his past experiences with patients removing their permanent retainers, which I understood his need for caution, and he did not pressure me whatsoever to go in any direction. I very much appreciate patient autonomy! I was lucky enough to get my retainer removed in the same sitting, and it made me even happier to sit through the procedure listening to some good 'ol R&B. That was extremely unexpected in a dental office and VERY soothing and much appreciated since I hate medical offices in general. I've already recommended Dr. Samra to family members since leaving his office maybe six hours ago now, but I can't help but praise good customer service and a great experience. read more

What can I say, I was recommended by my regular dentist to try Samra Low Orthodontics when I was interested in starting Invisalign and so far they have been AMAZING! Dr. Samra's office was super informative/detailed when it came to discussing all available treatment options and which would be best for me. Because I was interested in Invisalign's from the start, that was the route I chose! They have flexible payment plans which makes it easy for those who may struggle with the hefty price tag of having a beautiful smile (we all know these aren't cheap!) and there was no pressure when it came to the consultation as I asked for some time to think about it before moving forward. So glad I did! I went through to 2 series (~24 sets each) of Invisalign over the course of 1.5 years and it went great! It was a huge improvement from where my teeth first started but because my upper left side of teeth were still slightly off from the right I just wasn't fully satisfied once treatment was over. After discussing my concerns with Dr. Samra, he informed me that they only way to improve it any further would be braces. Not even giving it a second thought I was like, LET'S DO IT! Got my braces on that same day which was a pretty painless process but I'll admit I'm a little sore a couple days later and the best part about it was that getting the braces were NO EXTRA CHARGE! I was over the moon and now I'm currently wearing the braces over the next 6 months. I can't wait to see how my smile will look once I'm finished! If you're considering getting braces or Invisalign's, DO IT!!! You will not regret going to Dr. Samra's office and there is seriously no better way to improve your confidence/self-esteem than to have a beautiful smile! read more
