The nice lady that helped me-I believe her name is Ro. She was great!! Very personable, nice and kind. I was also in the market for an additional chair for my grandmother, for when she has company. I had some specific needs for this chair and she pointed me back to the clearance section. I got the perfect additional chair for about 80% off retail price. And!!! They had free delivery and took the couch away!! That was going to be a project itself for me so they made my day offering to take the couch!
